No - Scion is a lot vaguer than meaning eldest son. I believe it just means descendant. So you could be called a scion of your mother, or your great-grandfather, or anyone to whom you are a direct descendant. Of course, you could use it more particularly in your own vampire lore. I like it paired up with "sire." how about scion-in-law? He was sorta Spike's sire-in-law... ;D

When you find that easy fix, could you let me know? I'll keep you all posted on the hypnosis/weight loss success or lack there of. But, if I get all goofy and start posting stuff like - Spike Bad - or Buffy is lame, you'll know that it was all a plot to get us S'cubies to forsake our cause.

I'm over at All About Spike and noticed that the fan fic me and Nan talked about this morning, Ever After has been updated and Chapter three has been added. I know there was one other here who had read the story today.
