Caralee Billy was definitely one of the best episodes! Glad you were able to enjoy it! Hi John. That was a great episode. I watched it again last night, and will probably watch it today as well. I just loved the last scene. Poor Wes sitting there alone and his quiet "I'm so sorry" to Fred about did me in. Can someone tell me what season ths was in? I am hoping we can somehow get another VCR in the next week or two (doubtful). There are some Buffy season 1 episodes that I want to record when they come back around on FX. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GAIL!!!!!

I'm right there with you on this one. I told my wife last night I've decided I don't want to work ever again. Just sit back, accumulate a HUGE library, and read. Maybe if I hide in a bank vault and set of a nuclear explosion......hmmmmm!!!! hey, i know that one. That's the twilight zone! oh god, that episode depressed me. here's this guy, everyone nagging him all the time when all he wants to do is read, then the world is destroyed and he's the only one left, finds the silver lining in all the books that weren't destroyed, and then his glasses break. seeing as i wore coke bottles (still do, at night), nightmare material.

Oh, so Spring is available. I do have something to live for ..... DAVE: You mean you have something to live for, before you die? 'Cause I think it'd kill you. JOHN: I am adding wrinkles and pounds with every passing year, but thanks for assuming I am super-hot. I am sure my sons would be astounded by such a designation for me. I have had no real offers for nearly a year, but if you count the fact that I've been giving my ex the continued cold shoulder, then yes, I am single by choice (?). DIANE: OK. Diane - you're on. Here is Chapter 1 (they meet): Chapter 1 - Scoop Me UpVlad checked the S3 postings on the Misc Board one last time before going to bed. Hmmmm . . . . he thought . . . let's see . . . Patti has posted 25 posts in a row, Rusty & Alexandra are analyzing Spike's pants, Spring is drooling, and Lee is singing her laugh song . . . all is well in S'cubieland.
But then, just as he was about to log off and retire to his coffin bedchamber, he noticed a new post. It was from a guy! Vlad wasn't sure how he felt about that - this "Dave" might be a nice companion, but then again, Rob was enough competition for the "S'cubie's Main Stud" title. Also, his post was kinda snarky. Hmmmm. ***

Counting down to Vulkon. Can't decide what to wear, how to pack. It will be nice weather, so I don't know whether I should wear my BtVS t-shirts and go as a complete Buffy-geek, ala Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons, or slacks and golf shirts, because I believe Robia La Morte is single as is Juliet Landau (unfortunately Julie Benz is not, but two out of three ain't bad), and you never know -- love hides in the strangest of places. Or somewhere in between. I have decided firmly against a costume, even though it is Halloween weekend; there are limits to my dorkiness, believe it or not. Anyhow, I leave it up to the S'cubies, especially the S'cubie ladies -- dress me. Speaking of which, when I got my update email from buffy.nu, there was a link for information on the 2005 convention, which will be held for 7 days on a cruise ship to the carribean. Price includes entry fees, food, cruise and more. Let me get the link and I"ll post it later today when I'm at lunch. No lineup has been set yet for appearances though.

Well, yeah, there's that whole work thing, but then this week I'd be counting down to Thursday since I don't work every other Friday. I'm just getting to be like a kid counting down to Christmas about this convention. Hopefully I'll have as much fun at this event as Patti had at the one in Cleveland -- it's sponsored by the same people.

Time Enough to Read. One of the many TZ classics! It was so funny when I realized that he was the Penguin in my favorite Batman series. Meredith was a great actor. His best TZ episode in my opinion was The Obsolete Man! An underrated classic!

The more I see J.B, the more stunning and sexy she gets! And JL is such an amazing actress. And RL, well..... Again, green with envy!

That would be Season 3, I believe. Season 3, aye. First season, Doyle dies and Wesley joins the fray. Second season, Darla returns, Angel goes dark and fires everyone, and the gang goes to Pylea and rescues Fred. We also meet The Host and the Groosalugg this season. This is also Kate Lockley's and Lesley MacDonald's last year. Third season, Fred's first season. We meet Billy and Skip. Cordelia becomes a demon, and Darla shows up on Angel's doorstep, pregneant. Darla stakes herself, Holtz steals the baby, and the baby returns from a hell dimension all grown up and just in time to send Angel to the bottom of the ocean. A busy year. Fourth season, Angelus, the Beast, Jasmine and Faith. Also a busy year, but easier to describe concisely. Fifth season, the Wolfram & Hart years.

Of course, there is a chance I've been watching too much "queer eye for the straight guy." Speaking of which, I downloaded the funniest video a few weeks ago. It was called "Queer Eye for the Undead Guy" The men of Angel were the five gay men and Joss was the straight guy. The song was so funny! Don't ask me where I got it, I have long forgotten the link.
