Doesn't he though? Rob - I especially loved the Spike & Cordelia exchange. Many laughs, and you have captured them so well. It's the Faith and Xander thing that has captured my interest the most right now - I think because I just really, really want their relationship to work out and it seems so uncertain. They have so much in common as far as being damaged as children and being brave enough to try to commit and love anyhow.

Arggggg! Cliffhanger! Lilah and Wes and closing the net! You're trying to kill me, right?
The helicopter ride, Fred and Dawn and Riley at W&H. All the action scenes are very well done. Got me right hooked and wondering how this will all come out.
I very much liked the conversations between Faith and Buffy. Trying to explain to someone else what that particular spell really felt like would be so difficult.
Wonderful little touches, too. Like “I’ll unleash Hell on earth.” And “Too far over the top?” “Not for you.”
Very exciting chapter, Rob. I'm looking forward to the next one.

ROB!!!! You ROCK! You RULE!!!!! You DA MAN!!!!
Chapter 29 was un-f******g-BELIEVABLE! I had to read the whole thing with my hand over my mouth -- first because I was laughing so hard (I read it in the office), and then because I was so caught up in it, and then because I was just terrified (Treadway on the list -- my heart fell to my SOCKS! Did NOT see that coming!).
Awesome! Just unbelievably awesome!

I agree. And a question of rampant egomania: Do you know other Erins, or am I a security guard getting asked out for coffee? The only other Erin I know played Joanie Cunningham. In other words, yes...you are a security guard for Wolfram and Hart. Luckily, you didn't run into Dawn and Fred.

I don't know; I like a challenge. And don't forget Erin Gray on Silver Spoons. Aside from getting that warm Rob glow from being gifted with immortality, I wanted to tell you how excellent the chapter was. Suspenseful, fast moving, the fight scenes (so tough to write, in my opinion) awesome, and as always, lovely ear for dialogue.

Finally read the latest, Rob. And another nice installment. You are good with all the characters but your "Faith" has got to be the best spot-on "Faith" portrayal out there.
As always, therew were many laughs and smiles to be had along with the action, but it was the "Johnny Two Balls" line that I should not have read while drinking coffee.

Just brilliant, Rob! This gets better and better with every chapter. I'm with Spring, Rob. Your Faith is one of the best I've read...and believe me I've read plenty!
Can't wait for more.

Rob, just wanted to echo the sentiments of so many here - you know I love your work - but though I tell you in private, I wanted to say it again in public - you are a helluva writer, and you awe me. For me your novels are one of the best things that remain of the Jossverse. Thanks for giving them to us and thank you for letting me have sneak previews. *hug*

But I do not like Lilah to be so mean to my Dawnie. I know Dawn can hold her own, but it is hard to picture her up against the likes of Lilah. Of course, the good news is, I don't have to picture it, you will imagine it all for me! Looking forward to your next installment.

I like writing the Dawn/Lilah verbal scraps, probably because it IS so unlikely in terms of series canon. If it makes you feel better, MY Dawn is a few years older and considerably stronger. Plus, she's a Summers. They back down from no one.

Rob, Since I am relatively new around here, I am just getting around to reading Trust. Read the first two and loved them! ;D Trust is turning out to be just as good a read! As they say in the business, "A real page turner and a hell of a yarn!"
