Ooooo, pretty bear! *tries desperately not to look like she totally just sauntered in here for the first time, what?* oooooooooooooooooooo, a N'uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuubie! Hi! Welcome! Make yourself at home! Check out the discussions on the I Love TV Thread for current shows. Check out all of the Buffy and Angel discussion threads (as your avatar and sig line clearly peg you as a big time BtVS fan). *tries desperately not to look like she just pounced on and totally overwhelmed the fresh blood N'ubie* (Ithaca, huh? Has it snowed there yet? I've got a brother who lives in Fairport, near Rochester).

Yawn. Morning Scubies.
I'm still hip deep in scripts and trying to get finished. Hope all is well in Scubie World and the newest Scubie Emily and Mom are perking along.
New shows I love so far are:
Glee Cougar Town Flash Forward
These are on the keeper list. I haven't watched them all yet (Good Wife is still on the DVR) but these I adored. Not going to watch:
Modern Family Community
They are funny but they are not for me.

Hmm...I don't know. I'm really digging Dollhouse. Me too. Missing the snark, but really enjoying the drama. Plus, kickass Dushku neatly Echo-ing Faith. So cool.

I often wondered if it was possible. It's stunning.

Glee I LOVE, Community I'm still giving a chance though I feel pretty "eh" about it, I didn't even care enough about Modern Family to find out when and where it airs. Am giving serious consideration to giving up Grey's Anatomy.

No, random lady who called to see if the museum is open--I am not going to go online and figure out if there's a Walgreens between here and Lake George for you. Cripes.

Found the attitude of the show distasteful.

Wow, y'all get up all at once, don'tcha? XD
BIG time BtVS fan, yes, not AS much with AtS (I want to know what the writers were smoking through most of series four on that one) though I love it, too. Firefly's always going to be a favourite, Dollhouse is my new lovah, as far as TV goes (what with Kripke making me want to punch kittens - and him - every time I watch Supernatural, as much as I might love the show in a general sense). I saw y'all had Life on Mars when that was airing! Happymaking. John Simm in anything is worth watching. *nods*
*continues rambling for a few more minutes, but it's not important, so we'll cut to--*
ANYWAY, I'm technically not in Ithaca yet (though my contacts say it has not, in fact, snowed yet this fall), I'm still in Arizona, but as we're packing up the apartment and shipping out with a U-Haul TOMORROW, I figured it was true enough to put down. XD

XD Well, yes and no, as we are spread across 4 time zones in the U.S (but our west-coasters do seem to be early risers) and England. Fortunately we are a non-discriminatory group who embrace all races, creeds, colors, genders, age-groups, life-styles, political parties, and even alternative show preferences. Plus, you admitted, in the end, to the SPN love. But watch out for Monnie and Pixi when dissing Kripke. (Kidding -- since you don't know us it's probably dangerous to try to be humorous without a clear disclaimer. It's simply that we have a few members currently in thrall big time to SPN in general and Castiel/Misha in particular.) It's actually fine to express personal frustration with a show-runner or plotline. As for run on sentences and rambling -- well, look around you. Oh, and, what does XD mean? Clearly all the cook kids (you) are using it. What brought you to our fair shores?
