David, do you - or for that matter, do any of you know - where GOTR got their name? I read James' explanation once, but shocker here - I forgot! I actually forgot something the Master said! Talk about public embarrassment. Also, I think Mad Brilliant (the whole CD, not the single) has an early Beatles sound to it. Which is a good. Anyone agree?

Haven't heard a track off of it, sad to say. And I'm clueless where they got their name. I'd almost try to convince you it was an homage to Sting and The Police, but we can be confident that's not it. That's just my bad memory for band names that sound almost like the names of great record albums.

Nan said "I've said that IMHO, I read as "I'm a Ho." IMNSHO is "I'm a no-show." Just thought you'd like to know." Actually...not so much.

All this talk about the musical has me listening to my Buffy CDs again. And you'll be pleased to know they got the mustard out. Ahhh, good times. BTW -- did you know Marti Noxon doesn't wear underwear?

I did wonder when I became Davie all of the sudden. Nobody has ever called me that before, except for Billy Joel, of course. LOL! It might be the late hours and lack of sleep, but you guys are on a roll tonight!

"Talkin' to Davie, who's still in the Navy, and probably will be for life!" My best friend is in the Navy(nickname was Doc, so we used to do the appropriate name change when we would drunkenly sing the song together)... he was on the USS Seatle with the Kennedy group during Desert Storm and then was stationed in P.Rico and then the Reserve center in Nashville. Then he got out, stayed in reserves and was called up last year for the war... he is thinking about finishing hsi twenty...currently he is in north Carolina. I believe he is an E6 (trying to think of his designation) Vlad

don't you think that one line sort of sums up the whole relationship between Spike and Buffy? "I'm free if that bitch dies, I better help her out ..." Yes, I do, especially the bitch part. Obviously I have unresolved season six issues here....and I DID the therapy and the screaming...

If you go to the Ghost of the Robot website, you can hear clips of 5 or 6 of the songs. I've about worn out my CD I like it so much.

Nan, I love the green guy with the finger. Reminds me of the cover from "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". If there's an infinite number of planets but a finite number of people populating those planets, and you were to take an average population of those planets by diving that finite number by infinity, well ANY finite number divided by infinity is about as close to zero as you can get. Therefore, there are no people, and anyone you should meet is merely the figment of a deranged imagination. Sorry, Nan's green guy has me channeling the Hitchhiker's Guide now.
