Oh the praise! I might get a swelled head. Thanks to all those of you who, for some odd reason, appreciated my problem solving skills (re: Misc. postings mystery.) And Kara, thanks for popping in.
I'm off to get back to work. It is crunch time with my thesis and ergo, less posting and fanfic writing. I'll check in again soon.

NAN: So glad you found my Innocence. You're not the first person who has had trouble locating it. ;-)
That really is quite an episode. It has a lot of foreshadowing for "Once More With Feeling," which is pretty amazing when you think about it. Next one to work on is Passion, where Angel kills Jenny - another gut-wrencher!
LEE & ROBERT: So glad you enjoyed my Innocence. You're not the first persons who have . . . wait. Where am I going with that?
Seriously, I appreciate the encouraging words. I am having fun writing the analyses and sharing them.
ROBERT: I do think that Cordelia & Xander grew to care for each other under all the snarking. And I think we see some genuine caring from Cordelia's end of things in this episode. She is so sweet and happy and smiling when she kisses Xander in the stacks. They did have some real chemistry and Nick and Charisma were just so funny together - really played off each other well.

Diane: Thanks for doing this - it's a fun topic you've come up with. But Monday just seems to be a bad day for firing up the imagination. I tried and sighed.
A new episode tomorrow though, to get us all fired up again.
ALEXANDRA: I watch BtVS at 10pm, EST. Please take note and cross your fingers at the appropriate time to keep my UPN up and going. That's some powerful magicks you've got there. You must be using actual newt eyes.
We are expecting more snow Wed - Fri - predictions are for another possible major winter storm. And we already have so much unmelted on the ground! I should start work on an anatomically correct, life-size Spike snow sculpture.

If we are talking about tracing the reaction to Riley versus Spike in the Season Four posts, I believe Deborah Cohen is doing that research.
-----------
Because we are so far down the board now, I will probably try to move us up sometimes this evening.
-----------
So far, I have noticed Ellie, Diane, and now Julie indicating an interest in the Andromeda tape. Vlad transferred Ellie's address to me. I sent a request for Diane's address also, but don't have it so far. However, if everyone wants to pass a copy of the tape around that is fine with me. (I hope there is no law against it because no money is changing hands). So - shall you make arrangements with each other? I will send a copy to Ellie as she asked first. Let me know if other arrangements would be preferred.

Gee, I just can't get myself out of trouble tonight. And I even went back through the posts and looked it up! My excuse this time is that both names start with a D.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Alexandra-
Thank you again- I await the tape with all due fervor and since I have your ok- I will mail it to Diane after -
Diane-
just e mail me the address you want the tape sent to- can't wait for the ensuing discussion of his role/acting etc....
Spring-
I have read innumerable essays on the Buffyverse and I must say your analyses stand toe to toe with the best.
Your essays always point out plenty of new connections and ideas I had not seen or thought of b/4 (and the ocassional salacious bit about JM just makes it an especial treat.)
I used to just plague co-workers and family with my obsessive interest in things Buffy but now that I have told them about this board and the intelligent community of like minded people (Vlad and Spring really impresse them) they still think it is weird but the tolerant nods are more respectful.
I have had at least 3 people in the past 2 weeks( including my teenage daughter) say that they can now concede Buffy is deeper than it appears to the superficial observer.

One of my favorite episodes is on tomorrow night. We finally get, in tangible form, why Buffy is so much stronger than Slayers before her. More importantly to me, Xander steps up to the plate yet again. My only qualm is no dialogue explaining WHY Xander is the heart. He spreads the love when he unwittingly comes up with the idea, and no one reciprocates. On the plus side, Buffy and Willow smother him with a hug from both sides and tell him they love him, and I get all teary eyed in that moment. Nick Brendon is one lucky man.

I forgot to specify that I meant the FX episode, of course. Sorry I didn't distinguish between this one and the new episode on UPN. I forgot tomorrow was Tuesday. Brain lock.

Okay, Vlad - I mucked up the link. the problem is I don't make a copy of the post onto another place before I have to put it into operation. I don't have an edit button and I now don't remember how I managed to do it from your instructions before. They get lost among the posts and I can't find them again.
So - I need the pre-written intro with all the bells and whistles which I can then just transfer from one place to the next. Help, please? I promise I will store it on Microsoft Word between moves. Sorry...
