That didn't seem far-fetched to me. Sawyer meeting Jack's father in bar might have been, except we also saw Sawyer in the police station in the background...and I think we've been given a bunch of big signs that flash 'not an accident they are together'.. Yep. I'll bet they were all being inexplicably drawn together even before they got on the big plane o' doom.

Well, he killed it, he deals with it. That's the way we dealt with homicide and manslaughter victims in my family.... Yes, but you're such a traditionalist.

I am getting very suspicious about the long delay in Hurley story. They're hiding it from us for a reason. I think so too. I don't want him to turn out to be a genie of the island or something...

Sawyer definitely killed the wrong guy. Don't forget Jin...all that blood - he may be in the killer's club too. WHERE and why did Kate become the great white hunter? How in the world did she learn about boar behavior? And don't forget that Jack ended The Marshal's life after Sawyer botched the attempt. And I was talking to the tv during the 'I Never...' game, when he got to "I never killed a man..." I was going "But you tried! You jsut botched it..." then he drank and I went...oh oh... Vlad

He did say "James" but I think giving out anything but his operating alias is a habit with him. And maybe "James" is his milk name, from before he became sawyer. I got the impression that James was his actual, mommy-given name. Just something about the way he said it, and the circumstances in which he said it.
