And don't forget that Jack ended The Marshal's life after Sawyer botched the attempt. And I was talking to the tv during the 'I Never...' game, when he got to "I never killed a man..." I was going "But you tried! You jsut botched it..." then he drank and I went...oh oh... Vlad Yep. And that was very very sneaky to wait until she drank to make his move. Lull us all back into thinking he's the guy with the hard exterior but the good man inside . . . and then go and make it more complicated than that.

And to have been the wrong one...yeesh...

(assuming she really did in the literal sense) I don't remember her telling him that.

I think so too. I don't want him to turn out to be a genie of the island or something... See - I think we're going to find out he's the only truly "regular guy" on the island. He's in Australia for some totally innocent, every day kind of reason. Maybe won a contest and got to go or something, and he gets mixed up with this group of screwballs.

[/li][li]Oh – poor Sawyer. Geez. What a horrible memory - he needs some major comforting. Was that a bore? I wouldn’t be a bore if I was in Sawyer’s tent.
Hands, etc. off! He's aspoken for, deary. [/li][li] Oh Claire – please, please, please, deliver that 4 yr old!
I'm thinking a few more walks with Charlie and she'll drop that toddler. [/li][li]Claire and Sawyer both having memory dreams. Memories from Locke, too.
From Locke? Is he planting memories now? [/li][li]Muddy Sawyer – chocolaty goodness!
Kind of wallowed in that boar mud, didn't he? (And again - down, Spring!) [/li][li]Oh – things are getting pretty intense here between Kate and Sawyer. Charlie, Sayid, Kate, Sawyer: killing changes you. Makes you different. Puts you in the killer’s club. You’re not alone.
Kate and Jack both had purple tops on at the beginning. Sawyer called Kate Jack's 'girlfriend' and Jack didn't protest. [/li][li]Fatherless Sawyer being a substitute son. [/li][li]”All I’m saying is that what happened with Ethan will be with you for the rest of your life.” Oh! Is that all. No prob. [/li][li]So, Sawyer may have killed the wrong guy, then?
Yep. Hmmmm. And it was raining just like it was raining when Charlie killed Ethan.

I don't think he'd have "I never"'d it if he knew for certain: he just knows she's an outsider, a... (looks up) an outlaw, like himself. He just wanted to confirm that his seeing was correct.

I am getting very suspicious about the long delay in Hurley story. They're hiding it from us for a reason. You mean like Giles is dead and it's the First? Yeah, we've never had that kinda misdirection in a show before... Vlad

Sawyer definitely killed the wrong guy. Don't forget Jin...all that blood - he may be in the killer's club too. WHERE and why did Kate become the great white hunter? How in the world did she learn about boar behavior? Speaking of Jin. He was looking mighty pale in the previews for next week's episode. BTW - sent you an email, Patti.

He did say "James" but I think giving out anything but his operating alias is a habit with him. And maybe "James" is his milk name, from before he became sawyer. Could be his surname... and his first is Jesse or Frank... hmmmm... oh now come on! Frank Sawyer? Duh! I swear they named Sawyer from Tom Sawyer... and who else is(are) the quintisential American bad boy(s)? Frank and Jesse James? Vlad, "I never made the connection, Mr. Obvious!"
