Yay, Jack!! This helps me define better what bugs me about Juliet - it's like she thinks that Jack is actually going to forget, for even a second, that she is one of his captors.

What about her are you finding fake this evening? 'Cause she seemed pretty genuinely upset to me. It's hard to put into words. It's not about whether she was genuinely upset over her friend dying. It's just that she . . . she's trying to act like she's a nice person, but she's not. Ah. Myself, right now I'm thinking that if Juliet was telling the truth about her former profession... well, I have a hard time believing someone who chose to be a fertility doctor is, at heart, an evil person.

Desmond made a lighting rod? To deflect lightening away from Claire's roof? He must have seen something. I wonder if getting knocked on his ass made him precognitive.

Whoa. Sawyer did right by his daughter after all, at least to a certain extent.

And the bunny isn't dead! Woot! Or at least I'm going to think that. But we did see the bunny breathe after it collapsed.

Aw, I love Sawyer.
And I was wrong. He made a deal with the man to commute his sentence.

Ah. So that was what was wrong with Claire's roof.
Yay, Desmond! Bet Charlie will be treating him a little better.
Ohmygod, but I loathe Ben.
And Fordback. That just doesn't sing, does it?
Warden...
WOW. Sawyer's working for the feds to get out early.
They're giving him a bounty?!?
HOLY GOD. I NEVER expected that. I think I have just fallen in love with Sawyer.
Heh. Sawyer the literate man. "You'd like it. Puppies get killed"
Crap. Fainting bunny. "You don't (know)"
That's only the barest taste, you mindfucker.
Palla Island. The ferry dock. That makes more sense, now.
"Of Mice and Men" Guess he never finished that one.
"only way to get a conman's respect is to con him"
Keeripes.
LET IT KILL HIM.

And we're back at the camp.
Desmonds setting up a transmitter?
Yep, a storm.
Is this the beginning of monsoon season?
What the hell was that?
And cut to Sawyer going for a walk. Nice.
Albequerque (sp?)
Cementine Phyllis. That's his daughter?
Lied and cheated your way out of prison. You're a free man.
Is he going to do the same now?
Is he taking him to their camp? Surely there's an easier
Ben doesn't read. Not familiar with Of Mice and Men. Maybe he can't read?
Bunny instead of a puppy.
Argh!! A heart rate monitor, but no pacemaker. Rooked again.
2x size of Alcatraz. They're not even on the same island!
But they must
the only way to gain a con man's respect is to con him.
So they're trying a different approach to break each one.
So he does know Of Mice and Men! LIAR!!!
This is a total Moby Dick in Star Trek 8 moment.
Wait. It's totally sunny on The Other's Island and totally stormy on the Losties island. Also, wouldn't our Losties have noticed another island at some point?
