Mmmmm . . . oh yeah. Thank you! It's the least I could do after you so generously gave me Tim D, and finally gave up on trying to claim James. ----------- Tons of Christian symbolism . . . the question is, who's the sacrificial lamb? You are very twisted You've got it all twisted--I generously allowed you to spend one night with James, and very generously agreed to give Tim D to you permanently. But if you continue to distort the truth I may have to take all that generosity back.

The Others are playing a deep game. Jack is a healer. They want to compromise him in a way he can't come back from. Really. If he goes for this - if he agrees to murder Ben, the Others will own him. But: Is Jack a bad man? I don't think so.

Murder is a sin. Called it. Please, Rich. I believe Moses called that one on that stone tablet of his, ages ago! Eko deconsecrated the church. Yemi would not have wanted this. Murder is a sin. "You owe him (Yemi) one church." Well that explains that.

Well that explains that. Well, if there was ever a time for prayer, this would be it. That smoke monster sure acts and sounds like that polar bear. Oh, phooey! Not Ekko!

"Only god knows"
Boarding up the church... Can it not be cleansed again?
"You owe him one church" That explains that..
Yemi!
Follow the will-o-the-wisp...
Pretty tree...
Where is he? New place on the island. Pretty.
"I ask for no forgiveness, Father, for I have not sinned. I have only done what I needed to do to survive"
Eko still counts his life lost with his innocence when he saved Yemi.
"You speak to me as if I were your brother" So who is he? God? The Island?
Cerberus!!!!!
So that's who he was talking to? The Island's guardian? Or did the Island send the Cerberus out to punish him after he failed its judgement as it looked at him in the guise of his brother?
SHIT.
Well, so much for the freakin' tail-enders. Bernard, you're next.
No, apparently they're next.
Gorrammit. I LIKE EKO!!!!!

#comfort# I was really surprised by what John reported as Eko's last words. "He said we're next." I mean, Eko looked so peaceful and unconcerned, I thought it was going to be some philosophical insight, or maybe some optimistic predicition, like "Do not worry, you will be saved," or some such thing. But no - he calmly, sweetly said, "You're next." Nice, creepy touch. Interesting also that Ben is in danger of losing his ability to walk, while Locke has regained his. I liked the trailer. Sounds like next week's ep will be more peppy.

Wahhhhhhhhhhh - they killed Eko!
But why? He stared down the black smoke last season, after all. He was building a church on the island. Had he lost faith again?
And why go to all the trouble of introducing last season's Tailies just to kill them off one by one?
Eko was a great character, but his potential was wasted.
Have Rose and/or Bernard appeared at all this season?
Bummer.
If Jack kills Benry on the operating table, it will destroy him. I can't see him doing it, being a doctor is really central to Jack; but what would happen if the anti-Benry conspirators threaten Sawyer and Kate if Jack doesn't kill off Benry?
GAIL
