Ok, I'm stopping now! Either I have finally thrown away my lurking robes on this board or I'm really bored at work today! (Well, you did ask me to say more!) Rae Hanson

I cried again at that speech yesterday. Felt blue for awhile, til I got back on the board. Such a powerful, draining episode. Makes me relive the grief of losing my mom every time.

The Shanshu-ing idea was put in solely to allow James to beautifully age eventually and remain viable (I love that word) in the part. David doesn't seem to be aging to me so much as gaining...still hunky, but kinda chunky... James has those wonderful genes (not to mention his jeans) that are going to keep him looking younger for a long time, if he stays out of the sun.

Oddly, I kinda like the idea of lurkers...its sort of like being in a show and having viewers...(well, in my profile I said I wanted to be an actor...

Rae and Spring: Thanks for the help! Did it work? It did, it did! Yea for Lee! Yea for Lee! I guess I'm not that technologically illiterate anymore. -L Edited By Lee Hollins at 3/11/2003 2:45:00 PM.

I like your ideas too, Nan. I could definitely accept Andrew as part of the show - although I'm wondering how goofy (his most endearing trait) he will remain now that he's been forced to accept 'reality' and his part in it.
About that Faith thing - she's so cool I wanna be her in an alternate reality. Without the sad past or the murderous history or the year in a coma or...ok, maybe I don't.

Rae! I'm sorry - for some reason I thought your excellent post was written by Nan. Anyway, my last was a response to your post about a spin-off. Forgive the confusion!

Rae, I've done html for work web sites in the past, but I'm having trouble posting pictures here - I sent the picture for my course outline to Vlad and sent him my html document, so once he had both, the picture showed up, but I'm wondering how to post a picture to this board. Vlad has instructions on the Scubie site but those apply to a picture that currently resides on an existing website. The pictures I want to send currently reside in my pictures folder on my C drive. Can you tell me how to get one of those to show up here on this board? Thanks!

Patti, the ScoopMe! board doesn't allow you to upload pictures so, unless you have a means to upload pictures on your computer to an existing website, you won't be able to get them to work here. If you don't currently have any way to get them online (or know someone with a site who will put them online for you), you could always sign up for a free website somewhere and use that to put the pictures online. Then, you'd be able to link them into your posts. , Rae Hanson

Thanks! I was beginning to think that was the problem - so I'll just send them to Vlad if I need them posted! (I'm thinking of the pictures I'm going to take in April at the convention in Cleveland.)

I know you didn't enter the poetry contest for the loot, but I do have something for you. Could you let me know one way or the other thru Vlad? He can send you my s'cubie email address to respond to me directly, or pass your address or 'forgidaboutit' on to me. Rusty Goode

Hey Vlad, since I've been officially "outed", can I get a copy of the S'cubie Profile Questionaire? Purty please with sugar on top! My email is in my profile... or, should I email you my addy? Thanks Rae Hanson

Alexandra, you're much more tactful and naturally PC than I have ever been or am likely to be.
I'm simply glad that Rae has come to join us out on the playing field.
