Ok, I'll take a stab. I've got all the Angel eps and have seen them all at least twice. The historical Angelus portrayed on Angel is much more the gleefully wicked creature we see presently than the historical Angelus we saw portrayed on Buffy. But as mentioned, we really didn't get to see very much historical Angelus on Buffy. Some of what we THOUGHT was Angelus later turned out to be Angel trying to 'pass' as bad, for Darla.

I wouldn't like that. I'd rather have spin-off with Spike right away, then, when(if) ED is available, they can always incorporate her into the series, just as they've done with other characters who are now very important, like Spike on Buffy, and Wesley on Angel.

I don't want Spike hurt so much. Can he...fall in love with someone else first? Like...I don't know...ME?

Re: Re: Angel? Which message where you responding to there (Post 90)?
I think we are going to start having to remember to rename our replies, all the Re:'s are getting confusing. (Yeah, yeah, I know we say this every four Parts of S3 or so, but then we get so enthusiastic we forget. Mea culpa too.)
So could I put out a request that people (try to remember) to rename their replies, especially when there is a list of Re:s preceding the title?
Thanks guys,
Watergal, who isn't used to working days and having to catch up to the boards at night.

No, he may not fall into love with you first, I have dibs! *wink*
(BTW Patti, you have to stop making me laugh when I am in the Patent Office Training room stealing time away to check the board (as I did at noon). Patent Examiners are supposed to be serious people, and I'm afraid they might retract the job offer if I don't conform to the established norm. *smiking devilishly*)

I'm hoping Anya rides of to Mexico with all that bank robbery money. Even if it was in a comedy "throw-away" ep, I refuse to believe ME isn't going to do anything with the fact that Anya Emanuella Jenkins has a bunch of stolen money. Hell, maybe Buffy stops her right before she leaves and decides to tag along, retiring from slayerhood to spend some down time as a rich single woman in Tiajuana.
As for Xander, while I have tried to know nothing about the last few eps, I do. If you too are spoiled, then maybe we could discuss some upcoming Xanderness on the spoiler board. I know it probably seems like I am taunting you, but I would be really interested to hear your thoughts on certain things.

I know I'm joining the discussion late in the game, but I vote for saliva too.
(Nearly fell out of my chair when I read that one, again, in the Patent Office computer training room, with our trainer sitting nearly opposite me. Must not burst into uncontrollable laughter while supposed to be reading about the structure of the Patent Branch. That would not be seemly. Did I mention that I am in the first row, and that the rest of the class could probably see exactly what I'm up to?)
As you can tell, I have been busy lately. It is looking like I won't get back into the fanfic until the Summer. Hopefully some of you will still be around. (I have completely rewriten the plot (even more Nan!) and it could be much longer than the 4 chapters I had originally intended. Hmmmm.... maybe I'll have to divide into two parts (Like Truths).
Watergal, who has rambled on more than she intended.

You can vote from your work email and any alternate email you may have.

It didn't ask me for an e-mail address. Are we both talking about the "Which character in a spinoff" vote?

OK. I admit I don't know what I'm talking about. Technologically, I'm a total moron. But I was able to vote from my work computer from both my regular email and my yahoo email. i know what cookies are, but only know what to do with the ones that have chocolate chips.

Voting on the sci-fi site doesn't work by e-mail...it works by cookies. One could use two different browsers, perhaps, or two different computers, but when you vote, a cookie is set on your computer noting that you have done so; you then see the results of the poll to that point rather than the voting screen with the little dots you click.
I don't know how you were able to vote twice using e-mail, and I won't ask. Then you'd have to kill me.

Thanks, Patti. Observer error then. I also prefer sadistically cheerful to maniacally grim and brooding.

Ok, Watergal, I'll try to be serious! But it will be such a strain! I no longer work - my company merged and I got to leave - sort of: "if you'll get out of here we'll pay you!" I haven't stopped laughing since.

If you have Explorer, you can go to Tools, internet options, and delete your cookies. Then sites won't recognize that you've been there before and you could vote twice. HOWEVER, that also means that sites like Amazon and certain boards, which recognize you and don't require you to log in, will not recognize you and you will have to go back and log into those sites, which is sometimes a hassle if you don't remember your 1001 passwords...
