See, this is the freaky thing that Sue was talking about before! (And that I had been thinking of, too.) 'Course, she also said, what if it got really weird if Lily and Weevil turned out to be half-sibs. And now Weevil is saying the Lily tattoo is 'cuz that's his little sisters name. Which was just a cover-up lie to Logan, right? *cue dramatic music* Or was it? Eeeep! Lola I wish I had a million dollars. You know they're just doing this to make us think that and it's gonna turn out to be something completely different. ;D oh WOW! such a kewl supposition...it fits... but...does that mean that Veronica and Weevil are also brother and sister? sorta? Or ....Jake Kane had NO children? I'm so confused...

And I'm not trusting stepdaddy Randall as far as I could throw that teacher's car. Uh huh. Saw that one coming! All nicey nicey and "honey, don't be so hard on her". Bad Randall! Bad! Lola

That far, huh? Think Logan will come clean? And use his daddy's boots as leverage? You're good.....

I've realized that VM is reminding me more of "Twin Peaks" than "Buffy." I gotta say, I don't want them to be related. Maybe it's just the fact that Jake and Veronica's mom (I'm having a brain freeze) were so in love with each other. Lily's mom has to be thinking that, if, say, it went down that V's mom broke up with Jake, Veronica would do the same to Duncan. Well, and the timing doesn't work for it to have happened in high school. I mean, if her mom and pa Kane were in high school in 1979, then any fathering thing would have to have happened a bit later than that if Veronica is in high school now. Might be a big ol' hint that V is jumping to a wrong conclusion. Like she somewhat frequently does on cases, too. Even if she does figure them out later. Just sayin'. Lola

Oh Logan! I love you! I'm so glad! And he had to play it all cool. I just wanna get credit for such a good prank, etc. etc. When we all could see that he felt bad about Weevil getting expelled. Lola Tough old outside, soft mushy marshmallow center, maybe? ;D

A cad . . . . and yet, not really that much at the end. Which is making me wonder even more about all the stuff they seem to be leading us to. How much is true and how much is red herring? Lola This was such a classic noir episode. Starting at the end, with the voice over and then flashing back. The damsel in distress who's maybe not so distressed (at least not the way we thought - very distressed in another way)l and ends up being the one to pull the gun. The detective who has to dramatically shoot the bad guy in the shoulder to save the day. Perfect! It was...and the best part? The scenes with Logan and Weevil - SUCH great lines!

So am I. And Eli and Lilly - I think they had a "thing". But what kind of "thing"? 'Cuz we're getting real mixed signals offa Weevil. Certainly not just a "gettin' sum" kinda thing, because he's being a little too protective of Lilly. Lola

Lola Was anyone else annoyed that she just dived right into investigation mode when she first saw the signs of a disturbance in the neighbor's house WITHOUT telling her dad or (somewhat understandably) the police? Also....I'm a little disturbed that she has incorporated intimidation by her own private motorcyle mafia so thoroughly into her modus operandi... Not that I wouldn't use any excuse to have weevil ride up myself. (not ride up my...oh you know what I mean. *grin*)

Gee whiz, I've been wondering where the other half of my brain has been all day. Hey, if we're sharing a brain so that I have only half, it would at least explain my many mental stumbles today. I'll take any excuse in a storm! ;D Lola

I meant the father of the neighbor's baby...definitely. And after Logan confessed, I realized that there WAS no witness - like you said - it was just a lie - which weezel realized and called them on it. Yep - I loved the way he was grinning and saying "ask your witness". He so totally knew they were just trying to jerk his chain. And even though he knew it would hurt his Grandma that he was expelled, there's no way he was gonna back down in front of them. That's our Weevil! Yay! ;D Lola

Was anyone else creeped out by the pregnant girl and the artist's apartment?
