How creepy for Logan and his powerful plunger. I can see the TWOP boards now: Logan really IS a murderer!!

I thought those two lines described the Beaver - Mac vibe pretty well. Some sort of truth is chasing Beaver, when Mac starts to ask for an explanation - and he runs. I'll say this much: if the general suspicions of our board are correct, the writers have done an excellent job setting up the circumstances. Dick and Cassidy's behavioral quirks throughout the season make it clear that something very bad was/is going on in the Casablancas household.

Yes - I thought Jackie did great. I was disappointed in Wallace, but he quickly corrected the situation and was honest with Jane. He didn't let Jackie take the heat, but admitted that he was the aggressor in the kissing, etc, I really liked how that played out, actually. Wallace's instincts were correct, but his timing was lousy. It's nice to see him make the occasional selfish mistake; keeps him real. Plus, he generally doesn't take long to try and make it right. As for Jackie, nicely handled. Wallace deserves to be temporarily blown off. Much as I loved freaking everything about this episode, I'm wondering why the storyline regarding Wallace's unique family situation has been totally ignored. I understand there's only so much time for plotlines, and Wallace only ran to Chicago because of real-life budgetary issues...but it still seems "off" that it was abruptly dropped, as if it didn't really happen. I hate that we have seen no more of "Keith & Alicia." Maybe the actress playing Alicia hasn't been available to allow for more there. Yes - I also liked the Wallace/Jackie story. By saying that I was disappointed in Wallace, I didn't mean I was disappointed in the storyline. I don't want Wallace to be perfect. I want to be "disappointed in him," sometimes - or he'll just become unreal, and I won't care about him at all.

How creepy for Logan and his powerful plunger. I can see the TWOP boards now: Logan really IS a murderer!! Yes! You Robs are brilliant! This way, every fan can feel that he or she was right! Fans who may have insisted Logan had the heart of a murderer can now say: "SEE!! I WAS RIGHT!" and those who may have insisted that no way Logan was the murderer can now say: "SEE!! I WAS RIGHT!" Tricky! ;D

As Rae pointed out, Kendall's affair with Logan fits in beautifully too. It explains why she would have sought out a boy-toy, and it explains why Dick Sr didn't have much of a reaction (seemed to possibly already know, or suspect, and definitely not care) to the affair.

Was that her brother or her Uncle? Nasty piece of work he is. The actor looks familiar - I'm going to have to imdb him - he plays good evil. What was up with that little scene between Logan and Woody? He may have been feeling Logan out, or maybe he's just a touchy-feely kind of guy. He sure did an about face when he called off the newpaper photographer after he saw who won the essay. I had to track him down earlier tonight, as he was also on "Bones" as an ambiguously evil person; he was the unambiguously evil W&H client in "Conviction" who'd turned his own son into a bomb. Rodney Rowland. Julia, v. creepy person Oh, yes! Thanks for tracking him down. Very powerful scene - the way he treated Molly like a servant and spit vitriol. Yuk.

Maybe Woody abused Beaver?
Haven't worked out any details on this theory. Just some random dots on the page right now.

Very. Something about the way he kept talking about Dick. "Dick is always there" - not wanting to go to his place because he'd be there. I mean, it could have been him using Dick as an excuse, but . . . sexually abused by Dick? urk. My mind didn't want to go there. But we have certainly seen a lot of kids not being treated well in Neptune . . .

sexually abused by Dick? urk. That is my fear too... although that may be too obvious? Or is it just too obvious for me because I'm on the Dick is gay kick? Now I'm back to one of my original thoughts on the "outings of all outings" - CAUTION: WILD CRAZY SPECULATION AHEAD... I think Woody may be gay and so I have to wonder if maybe Dick Sr was gay too. Actually, Woody being gay isn't so wild and crazy but Dick Sr is a bit - except for the fact that he seemed to know about Logan and Kendall and was ok with it. Anyway. The scene in the gym with Logan reminded me very much of the Veronica/Aaron scene in the car last year. Same ooky sexual creepy vibe to it. Eek. They're gonna have at least one character turn out to be gay, I think. Because they're putting in all these little "possibility" scenes - to give us a vibe and make us start guessing, probably?

Whew. Awesome episode. Rob had it right when he described this as a great episode. It kicked all kinds of ass. **nods** Eetah! Also, a couple nice little moments when the patented Logan mask slipped just a bit and we see he's not quite as sanguine about everything as he's acting. I join you in your appause. Same here. I thought they were cute together, and it hurt each of them. But he also obviously still has some real feelings for Jackie - Wallace isn't the kind of guy to just walk away from his girlfriend and impulsively kiss another girl without some strong emotion pushing at him. Yeah, it's the "emotional roller-coaster" thing thats got me worried about the Beav. I go back and forth on this. I actually am leaning toward believing that Thumper really did kill Felix. But I also think it's not gonna be as simple as "Thumper blowed up, so everything is OK now" - somehow all the other stuff is gonna mix in with it as well. I mean, the Fitzpatricks and the bus crash and Curly and everything else. Gia is not always wrong in her annoying babble. I mean, in the middle of the babble, she's actually saying some true things, they just get swamped in all the other goo. I wish Beaver could have really talked to Mac - told her what was actually going on.

Logan wins the contest to "push the plunger" and cause an explosion? Of course. Who else would win? #smirk#

Far more so than any of the PCHer's, frankly, just to compare gangs. And I'm including Thumper. I can't put my finger on exactly why the Fitz's are so creepy to me, but they are.
