Uh... Thumper go boom? EEK! Julia, and that was a way sloppy job of security- when they imploded the King Dome nobody could get within the close cordon of guards Thumper's bike surely go boom, and I have the feeling . . . . Thumper too.

"You run from the truth... ....Only when it's chasing me." I thought those two lines described the Beaver - Mac vibe pretty well. Some sort of truth is chasing Beaver, when Mac starts to ask for an explanation - and he runs. #claps# Well put!

Oh, wow! I didn't think of that . . . Eep! Thumper definitely go boom!

How creepy for Logan and his powerful plunger. I can see the TWOP boards now: Logan really IS a murderer!! **snicker** Eetah on your Wallace thoughts. I wish Rob was more able to have "core" friends in every ep, so we'd get deeper into each character. Often it only takes a line or two, a moment here and there, but if it's continual the character background and feel just build up more. **thinking of season 1, 2, 3 - Buffy and Giles and Willow and Xander and Angel and Oz and Cordy here**

"Good luck on getting laid." Why, that's just mean! Beaver was definitely striking out at her - feeling scared and defensive and trying to hurt her.

Oh my God was that a terrific episode. So much happening and what an ending! And Logan and Veronica dancing! Squeeeeee!!!! And at exactly the 43 minute mark which was when their first kiss occurred in M.A.D. and when they had the moving on conversation in Hot Dogs. I love that Rob. Such continuity. My initial thoughts: Keith: Logan? Logan: That's Honorary Deputy County Commissioner Echolls to you. Keith: Haha. A great call back to their One Angry Veronica dialogue 'that's Mr. Mars to you'. Really fascinating episode. The thing that stands out thinking back is the seriously creepy Woody (that bicep fondle was creeping me out big time) and the continued unveiling of Beaver. He's not just a cute little brother. First the property scheming with Kendall and now obviously something sexual is amiss. Gay or sexually abused but there is something wrong in Beaverland. This year has certainly given us lots of sexual clues to indicate that gayness (is that a word?) is going to play a role in the mystery. And they made Logan a murderer. An unintentional murderer but the opportunities for angst just keep coming don't they? Big applause for Weevil (Frank Capra)who did a wonderful job this episode. Loved the blue filtered flashback (blue filter how I've missed you) the I loved Felix line and the ending in the confessional (with Father Fitzpatrick who was on the phone to Woody about the incorporation who obviously is more than just a priest). Hee - and the truck is a bug! First a spider bug, now a truck bug - really Mars Investigation should open a creative bugging store. Think of the possibilities. The continued redemption of Jackie was nicely done. I really liked her. Wallace was obviously never into Jane as much as she was into him - he was making play at Hearst last week - so I didn't mind his behavior that much. Seemed kind of typical high school boy to me. I also seriously adored the Keith/Logan exchange already mentioned (hee, hee - love Keith's face), the I'm going to fire the Sheriff as Logan's first official act and Weevil's masterful playing of Veronica's curiosity. More to come but ending again on that great scene to Sway (which everyone has been hoping against hope was a V/L song) where Logan said a million things with his face and body without opening his mouth. Such chemistry! I am loving my show so much right now! (Hugs show) ETA: Also confirmation that Logan is a vampire. With a soul. Hee, hee. I mean his hand burning on the Bible, the snark - he and Spike are soulmates. (idea from Wendy - hee, hee - I just love it)

I think that he was blown up - but he could also be tied up nearby by the Fitzpatricks to put the fear of God into him. I guess it could go either way. Thumper was in the building went it went down. He may not have literally blown up, but he's buried (and I would think dead) under the rubble. How creepy for Logan and his powerful plunger. I bet people wish they had a plunger that powerful. So, Logan blew up Thumper unintentionally, but it was Weevil's set-up that set off the Fitzpatrick's rage. Hmmm. I wonder if the bus was also blown up from a mislead after false information was planted. Because I don't believe the guy who said that he saw 2 Latinos struggling at the bridge. Something about his crazy eyes makes me think that he mixed a lie in with the truth, ala Spring's pointing out the 2 truths for every lie in her last episode review.

some of tonight's themes: patience vengeance just how do you show you love somebody? Nice. Good luck . . . (on something, I couldn't make out the last words). I think Cassidy said Good luck getting laid. Not very nice. I think the Dick is always there was not just thrown in there. So many ways to use a line like that. I love the way everyone is single now and we're wondering if everyone is gay. Seriously - the gayness abounds.

I keep thinking maybe they just scared him, but . . . It don't look good for Thumper . . . Thumper is so very, most sincerely dead. (IMO) I agree. Nice channeling of the coroner from The Wizard of Oz. Such a powerful ending. Rob said this is his favorite episode of the year and I can see why.

sexually abused by Dick? urk. That is my fear too... although that may be too obvious? Or is it just too obvious for me because I'm on the Dick is gay kick? Now I'm back to one of my original thoughts on the "outings of all outings" - CAUTION: WILD CRAZY SPECULATION AHEAD... I think Woody may be gay and so I have to wonder if maybe Dick Sr was gay too. Actually, Woody being gay isn't so wild and crazy but Dick Sr is a bit - except for the fact that he seemed to know about Logan and Kendall and was ok with it. Anyway. The scene in the gym with Logan reminded me very much of the Veronica/Aaron scene in the car last year. Same ooky sexual creepy vibe to it. Eek. I agree. We are definetely getting the Woody is gay vibe. Seriously creepy, squicky scene. And when he was fondling Logan, I was shuddering. I think more than one person is going to be "outed" as gay before we're done.

KEITH: Logan. LOGAN: That's Honarary Asst Deputy Commissioner Echolls to you. KEITH: Heh. I think this is a deliberate bit of sarcasm from Logan, reminding Keith of when he said, "That's Mr Mars to you," to Logan earlier this season. Now if I could just remember when that was. In One Angry Veronica.
