So far, this episode is kinda dull.
"Who stole the playbook?" isn't much of a mystery.
Logan is just too screwed up - he's not gonna be OK for quite awhile. He's been through too much - losing Lilly, losing Mom, finding out Lilly was sleeping with Dad, finding out Dad killed Lilly, Dad being murdered . . . and of course, being his dad's victim for years before that. It's not coincidental that we get the child abuse references right after the Logan encounter, I don't think.
Logan isn't wrong to feel violated by Veronica's actions in tracking him down, but Veronica isn't wrong for feeling confused and uncertain about him, either.
Piz: I hope there are no plans to hook him up with Veronica. There is zero chemistry there that I can see.
Boyfriends and girlfriends certainly are having trouble understanding each other in this episode.

Wouldn't life go much easier for Veronica if she just dumped Logan just because she's afraid of getting too close to him, rather than going to all this elaborate relationship-sabotaging bullshit? She knows he's a bad boy, restless, and dances on the limits of the laws, but she also knows he'll do ANYTHING for her, and he's utterly faithful.

"I don't understand boys."
Hmmmm. Trying to control your boyfriend not such a good idea!
Yay! Weevil has a job at Hearst! Perfect way to get him involved for now. Until he goes to school himself, of course.

"What's beyond 'pathological'?"
"So I'm trying to act... unnaturally" so so sweeet...

Hee! Weevil got the air working. Oh, he's going to become indispensable. I wonder if he'd come fix the dents in my car. "Can you say 'rimshot' on the radio?" LOL! Oh, shit. Claire got raped. "Is this the Help Desk?" Aw, Logan.. He's breaking my heart. He's feeling a little reformed. And he's trying. "Let's find you that guide book.'' Kissage!! Logan is going to need a lot of TLC to get over his best friend taking out a hit on his abusive dad. I hope he gets it. Keith would be the perfect substitute father.

"I was feeling a little reformed."
Yay! Film festival!
Oh, c'mon! People do not make out in the University library BEFORE they get to the dark stacks. And talk about getting fired for cause, I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to leave your desk to go make out in the stacks.
I used to know a guy who worked at the OSU library. He told me about the regular "semen stain" cleaning that would happen in certain areas of the library. Having spent time in the stacks at OSU, I believed it. At the time, some areas were very isolated, very little traffic . . . . strange and spooky. I actually liked the stacks, and never felt afraid in them, but some women wouldn't go by themselves.
Maybe they have security cameras these days.

Wow. Weevil is working! I missed him. Called in to see the dean. Weevil, Weevil, Weevil. Temper, temper. Though the jackass deserved it. This can't be good, seeing the dean. She's too smart for her own good and certainly too smart for him. I like how she ended up working the Dean like she used to work the Principal.

She has to hide. Play book scandal is in the making, I think. Oops. Steal a jock. LOLOL! That was a funny moment. ;D She actually looked at a loss for a story there for a moment. And the bit about "just a piece of underwear, not kidnapping an athlete" was priceless.
