"Don't make me do the stare." She does it so well, too. I love that Weevil is working for Keith! It's perfect. Don't know what's going on with Logan. Is he feeling neglected? So, do you think the friend - Pop - is in on the play book heist? I wish Weevil would have kept working for dad - he really was a good detective. But at least now he'll be around at college.

She's reminding me a whole lot of Buffy with her colorful disciplinary file. Remember those scenes with Schneider and Flutie, discussing her record? Heee! I always like those. Burning down the school - that was never proved - it could have been mice; mice that smoked. ;D

awww. these weevil/keith moments are actually kind of touching. They're kind of sweet together. I was just a puddle of awwwwwcute goo over Weevil's tie.

I don't think it's Larry. Popcorn! Popovich! Yep. Good call Karen!!!!!! You totally rock. She's only done blackmail a million time. LOL! Time is running out, the Dean will be calling. Logan, Logan, Logan. What the hell is he doing? Oh boy. She really does not trust him. That won't end well. An illicit casino? Huh. That's Logan's issue. Yeah, Logan is not really . . . invested . . . in the whole school experience, is he?

I'm kinda diggin' on these Sims commercials. Makes me want to get into them, but I read Lola's posts. You can get sucked into the black hole of Simsdome and never escape. That way lies danger for me. The Sims are crack. Pure and simple. Crack. You sit down to just play for a while and next thing you know, it's 12 hours later. I swear, it's worse than YouTube.

"I was feeling a little reformed." Yay! Film festival! Oh, c'mon! People do not make out in the University library BEFORE they get to the dark stacks. And talk about getting fired for cause, I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to leave your desk to go make out in the stacks. I used to know a guy who worked at the OSU library. He told me about the regular "semen stain" cleaning that would happen in certain areas of the library. Having spent time in the stacks at OSU, I believed it. At the time, some areas were very isolated, very little traffic . . . . strange and spooky. I actually liked the stacks, and never felt afraid in them, but some women wouldn't go by themselves. Maybe they have security cameras these days. Oh, EWWWWW!!!! #puke# Libraries are fer larnin', people! Sheesh.

All these rapes on campus . . . I work on a campus, and I'll tell you, something like that would have everyone really, really hopping. The press, the parents . . . resources would be thrown at it right and left. Universities live and die by their attractiveness to prospective students. There could not be worse publicity than what Hearst would be experiencing by now.

Mercer Hayes. You don't want to reform them, you get off on judging them. Harsh. Man, Logan is pushing her away. Oh, no. Weevil. He got too involved. He's not a professional, but he could be really good at being a detective if he could keep his temper under control. Oh, not Pop. Trish? Oh, she doesn't want him on the team. What a bitch! Really. I mean, talk to him, woman - don't get him tossed off the team with a bad rep while he wonders which one of his friends might have stolen from him. Jeez. And then she was all "just don't tell them" about the book and how the other team knows? I mean, I'm not that into sports and team and all that, but even I know you just don't do that.

So far, this episode is kinda dull. "Who stole the playbook?" isn't much of a mystery. Logan is just too screwed up - he's not gonna be OK for quite awhile. He's been through too much - losing Lilly, losing Mom, finding out Lilly was sleeping with Dad, finding out Dad killed Lilly, Dad being murdered . . . and of course, being his dad's victim for years before that. It's not coincidental that we get the child abuse references right after the Logan encounter, I don't think. Logan isn't wrong to feel violated by Veronica's actions in tracking him down, but Veronica isn't wrong for feeling confused and uncertain about him, either. Piz: I hope there are no plans to hook him up with Veronica. There is zero chemistry there that I can see. Boyfriends and girlfriends certainly are having trouble understanding each other in this episode. Yeah, it wasn't the all time thriller of all eps. Lots of misunderstandings and communication between folks in this ep. Logan and Veronica are each so damaged in their own ways. I'd like to think they can work things out, but they need to work a lot harder at it. The compromise by each of them at the end was a start, but . . .

"I don't understand boys." Hmmmm. Trying to control your boyfriend not such a good idea! Yay! Weevil has a job at Hearst! Perfect way to get him involved for now. Until he goes to school himself, of course. Well, a lot of schools have deals for employees, like one free class a semester or something, so maybe . . . It would sure make his grandmother happy if he got more education, I'll bet.

"What's beyond 'pathological'?" "So I'm trying to act... unnaturally" so so sweeet... Very very sweet. And then they head off to find that book together . . . Very cute and sweet.

Hee! Weevil got the air working. Oh, he's going to become indispensable. I wonder if he'd come fix the dents in my car. "Can you say 'rimshot' on the radio?" LOL! Oh, shit. Claire got raped. "Is this the Help Desk?" Aw, Logan.. He's breaking my heart. He's feeling a little reformed. And he's trying. "Let's find you that guide book.'' Kissage!! Logan is going to need a lot of TLC to get over his best friend taking out a hit on his abusive dad. I hope he gets it. Keith would be the perfect substitute father. Really! Both Logan and Weevil could benefit from having Keith as a kind of stand-in dad.

weight lifting class? troube in Veronica/Loganland Weevil!!! Out on parole. With a serious edge now. I'm a freshman. I only recently figured out where Waldo was. Hee! No journalistic integrity. Just like Neptune High!! Cheerleaders are clever that way. Girlfriend or manager? Weevil (wearing a tie and shirt) working for Keith. Hmm... sororities again Wow, Veronica's plate is really filling up. Madison's also at Hearst So was Hitler. Ouch!!! Blackmail before email. Hee. Busted!!! You don't want to reform them, you just want to judge them. I only have the cliffnotes. child abuse again It's the girlfriend. Of course. Van Clemmons 2.0 Nicely played Veronica. What is up with Logan? Cyrus O'Dell So Weevil is the Dean's assistant. Filling Wallace's shoes. Veronica/Logan conflict resolved. For now. Good episode.

I don't really feel I understand what the university has been doing about this, or if they haven't done much, why. Other than to give Veronica a mystery to work on.
