OMG - Keith is having "to hell with it, I almost got killed and I want you" sex. Oh, oh, oh. This happened to me after I got in a "I coulda been killed" accident when a driver who was asleep at the wheel slammed into me and scrunched my car something awful. My ex and I had literally just broken up (for the first time), and he was ahead of me in his car. We had just left his place. I was heading home; he was going elsewhere. He pulled over, of course, having seen my accident. We went back to his place. And yada, yada, yada. And we stayed together another year or so. Whoa, Spring. #bighug#

OK, just to get this straight, the TA put Veronica's paper up on the site, but he did it using the Prof's email address, and he got Jeff Ratner to help him? And he did it all to save Veronica from the prof's evil clutches. Also - he's somewhat of an amateur detective himself. I wondered about the DNA evidence - there is none. Sounds like some sort of a vendetta against the Fraternity. Parker is either a dupe, or she's in on it.

Well, looks like Veronica is gonna wind up with the Natalie Portman 'do. Dammit, you made me look! But we don't actually see her with her head shaved, right? #xfingers# Is next week the end of this arc or is there another episode?

Daddy no go home. I KNEW the bastard was somehow behind it. "don't do me any more favors" What did she put in the trunk? Oh. soaps. I oddly like the dean. Mercer didn't do it? Oh boy, secrets from Logan. Woohoo! Well - I've got my hands full trying to write up the review for this one, I think. Keith & Harmony are good together, but she needs to start being honest with her husband. I hope Keith starts to think sensibly about this once he gets over the "almost got killed" high. You most definitely do have your hands full with this one. That whole paper storyline really bugged me, and I just now realized why. I took an Art History class when I was a freshman at college, and our first paper in class I was the only person who got an A. The teacher singled me out, and was bitching to the other students about how they weren't paying attention, etc. A girl in my class (she was a friend of a friend) asked if she could look over my paper to get an idea about what she did wrong, and she said she'd give it back to me next class. I never got that damn paper back. I'm still pissed off about it--I was proud of that paper, dammit! Sorry. I've got issues. And I babble occasionally.

I do believe the TA did use the prof's fake hotel name for posting the paper, knowing Veronica would then track the prof down at the hotel. I have to rewatch - was actually out of the room for part of the ep, and missed some of the Ratner part.

Also, Parker seems a little too... straightforward to be in on it.

The black chic who's leading the feminist rallies was the one who was raped over the summer, I guess. Not sure if she has a name or anything else about her.

Hmmm. Just from the way hotel guy acts, I don't think he did it. Heh. I'm liking the subtle snarkiness of Piz in this ep. "I could have just left you there and taken your IPod." And then he's wacking the alarm with a stick when Wallace runs out. Heeee! I can't say why I found that so funny, but I did. ;D "I'm having a traumatic stress flashback to the 6th grade." Veronica really does suck at this. ;D Hmmmm. I think Veronica is Piz's type. Well, either that or he's gay. D+ is real improvement. So Wallace is probably going to have to choose between class and basketball. Which is what gets him his scholarship to go to class. Tough one. Cologne. Watch out, V. Cologne was the wrong indicator before with Weevil, it may be wrong this time too. Other guys can wear the same scent. And could have clipppers. Hmmmm. But the drugs . . . well, that is suspicious. Wallace chooses class and the coach is OK with that. Cool. The Dean's wife and V's professor. Huh. So the possible infidelity isn't just Keith, but we're also supposed to compare that with the proff and her. But why would the professor try to set Veronica up as a plagerizer? That doesn't make sense. Wow. The scene between Harmony and Keith was very good. She was excellent - the little bit of tremor in her voice, the slightly frantic way she talked about nothing to do all day but worry about not having regrets, the way she steels herself and then blurt outs the "I got a room". Just excellently done. Car crash with a drunk. And suddenly Keith is thinking of deathbed regrets even more . . . ah. Oh dear. This will probably not end well. The T.A.? Huh. So, he wanted her to follow the trail and figure it out? For her own good, huh? Yeah. "Don't do me any favors" is right. I mean, yeah, maybe he was sort of figuring she'd get to the bottom and he wanted her to know about the prof and not be too admire-y and stuff. But he also did it this way to humiliate her because he was jealous. The dean is saying "if you see my wife, don't tell her" a bit too much . . . rather ironic, that. So, Logan knows the other guy didn't do it, but won't say where they were? That's not gonna fly with Veronica. You know that, Logan. She can never just let something go. She's got to find out the truth. She can maybe agree that circumstances don't warrant sharing that truth with the whole world, or can see that it may need to be selectively used so you don't ruin someone's life for no good reason, but she's got to get to the real truth.

Claire WAS faking it? Problems betwixt the president and his wife? Ah, very clever of you to see more issues than I did at that moment. Heeee! Man, you called that one too. ;D Give the lad a cupie doll!

That's right dean. Come down hard on some one for faking rape. What about the rapists themselves? Yeah, one false report can't be used to downplay the actual events that happened before. Yup. And totally hated because of it. I wonder if some folks were expecting her to crumble because of that. They might not realize how much experience she has with being hated by a large group of people. **nods**

Bowling date with Piz? DANGER WILL ROBINSON! I don't see Wallace walking away from things. Even a hard class. **nods** Once I saw he was going to have to choose between the class and the team, I was worried. Because I knew he wouldn't like the idea of walking away from, giving up on, either of the commitments he'd made. But in the end, I think he chose well. Yep!

Poor Wallace. It's rough when your plans for your future have to change. Hopefully, it will be for the better. Veronica wasn't all that sympathetic. Such classic Veronica. I mean, yes she does care, but it's always gonna come back to what V needs. Hmmmm, indeed.

They might not realize how much experience she has with being hated by a large group of people. That part actually really spoke to me because I've been there (in high school, not college). Teacher or the Administration using (a) student(s) as a status symbol, an example of their own success. And it sucks being reduced like that, but you want to try to use it to your advantage and see what you can get out of 'em (and there's my mother's influence creeping in). Sometimes it can be like diplomatic immunity. I don't know how much hate there was. I tried my best to be likeable, at least on the outside.

veronica used to be so much better at lying. The necklace thing was so absolutely lame it was funny - painful but funny. ;D But I guess we have seen her taken by surprise sometimes and just totally blow it. It almost made me fond of the Dean, in a eye-rolling kind of way.
