Seems to me there are three possibilities: 1) Sara's right, and they're very excited to see you. Could be, but given that they probably haven't actually seen you, seems unlikely that a photo session would excite them that much. Unless, by chance, they're gay. Or the photographer was a really hot naked chick. 2) Some of them are, well, stuffing their Speedos. I have no data either way, but it seems like a valid possibility. 3) They're just...impressive...when unstimulated. 'Nuff said. ;D 4. They've read her analyses and reviews and Wednesday postings and since they know that smart chicks are hot they are stimulated but her brilliant mind and deep thoughts. (Besides, they know she is Italian.....Or maybe they've been talking to Spike.)

Interesting theories - but I must say that these gentlemen do not appear to be "stimulated by deep thoughts" to me. Well, Secret Santa of mine, you have certainly caused a delightful ruckus. Let me go gaze at my gift one more time.

[/img] Merry Christmas Riff!
It's finally Christmas week…and I've saved the very best gift for last. You asked for something very unselfish Riff.

10) World peace, universal happiness, unconditional love for all, ….

People have been asking for those gifts for centuries…eons…millenia. But since they are things that must come from within,
they can end up a little skewed www.soulfulspike.com/staff/secretsanta/wps.gif [/img] or…a little topsy turvey… www.soulfulspike.com/staff/secretsanta/ST3386.jpg [/img] When a lowly elf tries to make them happen! But…. unconditional love for all starts with one they say…and it is within your power to grant the Christmas wish of a very sweet girl! So…be a giver Riff….and may it be returned ten-fold! Whoops! Santa fell a little behind this week, so you'll get two for the price of one: Santa hopes you haven't read this one already: www.livejournal.com/users/theohara/161053.html?view=794909Sadly not Spuffy, but highly amusing nonetheless. Santa also wants you to know that Alanna, she of the screencap reviews, has some funny bits on her site, including one involving Spike, Buffy, and a washing machine. Wee bit saucy, though. These are nice too: www.alanna.net/btvs/aftermathematics.htmwww.alanna.net/btvs/conversations.htmAs for books you might be interested in, Santa is often wary of recommending books, but thinks you might be interested in The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger, or Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell by Susanna Clarke (which Santa hasn't read yet, but will). Also, Santa would like to apologize for the lack of pretty graphics in your gift, as well as referring to himself throughout this post in the third person. {{{SUE}}} Merry Christmas! Dear Santa, Thank you so much for the lovely, fun and satisfying fics. It took me so long to acknowledge them because I wanted to read them first! As for graphics---well, I'm not known for my techno-skills myself. Don't overwork or get frostbite! Love, Sue

My dear S'cubies, Lola asked for, "The map and key to that hidden treasure chest of amazingly good Spander fic that I've never read." Do you know how hard this is to find? Well, I suspect several of you actually do realize how hard it is to find amazingly good fanfic, much less good slashy fanfic. I started my search in several shops just like this one: Alas, this was not something to be found in a regular map store. So, I expanded my search to maps of the internet: Still, not much luck. I even searched through piles and piles of keys. I found this key: I wanted to keep it but didn't think I could fool Lola into thinking that an XTERRA was as good as a treasure chest full of Spander. Then I found this key: In the end, I realized Mrs. Claus wouldn't approve of my giving out our house key again this year. Finally, I turned to Google. I can't promise that any of these are actually good (I'm not into Spander so I'm not a good judge you see) but half the fun of finding a treasure chest is exploring the goodies inside. Right? Right. So, my dearest Lola, here are some goodies to get you started. www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=tabaqui&keyword=DogsofWar&filter=allwww.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=6448www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=9045www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=1436www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=6477www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=8039www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=6447www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=6849www.angelfire.com/rock3/fish_and_chips/Spanderpage.htmlwww.hawksong.com/~mpoetess/stakes/www.livejournal.com/users/rubywisp/371325.htmlspikedluv.net/buffyfanficspikexander.htmlwww.sukibluefiction.com/Suki%20Blue%20Fiction/WebPages/FictionContents.htmWIP: www.squidge.org/~peja/cgi-bin/viewstory.php?sid=7228A Christmas story in progress now... www.livejournal.com/users/sukibluefiction/24631.htmlwww.livejournal.com/users/sukibluefiction/24976.htmlwww.livejournal.com/users/sukibluefiction/25435.htmlAll my love, S. Santa's friend wrote and I PPS - Dearest S'cubies, if you know of any wonderful Spander fanfics for Lola, please add them to her treasure chest. You can never have too many treasures to explore!

Things get so skewed over here that our peas are mushy! [/img] [/img]
Merry Christmas Riff! www.soulfulspike.com/staff/secretsanta/xgrngarland.gif [/img]
*gasp!* Erm, ahem. Oh, well. I knew that. Fred wants me so bad… ;D That’s a happy thought for Christmas! I’ll be having that thought for some time, I think. You’re so wicked, Santa! I always thought it was strange that your name is an anagram of Satan. *laughs* Seriously, you have my sincere thanks for all the wonderful presents you’ve given me, but especially this one. ;D And Merry Christmas to you, my secret benefactor! We don’t leave cookies for Santa in England. Instead, we leave a glass of sherry and a plate of mince pies. I don’t know if these exist in the U.S. – they’re made from a bitter-sweet mush of dried fruits and peel. Anyway, here you are, and Merry Christmas again!
