I don't know. As far as I know - the apocalypse is still ending this year. But Cas could become human or something like that. It's worrisome though. I HAVE BEEN ON CLOUD NINE EVER SINCE I SAW THE NEWS!!! But yeah, WE NEED TO KEEP OUR ANGEL, KRIPKE, PLEASE OH PLEASE OH PLEASE DON'T GET RID OF OUR ANGEL! **does the dance of happy Supernatural renewal with Monnie**

So I have come to the conclusion that I am never going to not be busy with writing projects. Which is kind of insanely yea!!!!! but on the other hand the part of my brain that is lazy is yelling "Break! Break! We need a break!" Still working on my "Waiting Room" script which after zigging and zagging all over the place - seriously the plot took off in wildly unexpected directions, characters kept changing, songs kept changing - whew - is now perking along but NOT finished. I have a new commission for this weekend and tons of stuff I want to do for the website. So yea but I find I have far less time to play on the internet. I miss all of you and try to get here as much as I can but just wanted to explain why I'm frequently absent. Busy is good, but be sure to take frequent Dean/Cas fanfic breaks. It's the remedy for ails ya. Fanfic, the pause the refreshes!

SUPERNATURAL RENEWED. Just don't kill the angel Kripke. Please? Yay! Last week's episode was sooooo good with the great ending shot of Dean praying to God. What a turn around. Not 'dead inside' anymore. Also - NOOOOOOOOO killing the angel! Pretty pretty angsty ending shot!

Hah! Major accomplishmentage at my house today: stuff moved around in the bedroom and Billy bookcase in and safety strapped to the wall*. Storage: I haz it! Also, with the dresser moved, I can get all the way to the window to open and close it, yay! And, with the aforementioned more space by the window, it is now actually possibleto pick things up when they get knocked on the floor; this has been an issue because the space was less than a foot wide before and is now about 18".
Of course the next step is getting the shelves in and loading up the gazillion books whichhave otherwise stacked all over the bedroom; it doesn't actually put me ahead of things (what with having bought more books Saturday, and all) but it does at least save me from the leaning tower of Pratchett that has been growing on the headboard shelf.
Pretty Emily!
Julia, now if my hands would just stop twitching, et'c.
*I do not want to test the possibility of my having an unsecured bookcase being the thing needed to precipitate The Big One

I've decided that my brother owes me big time. He came to Manchester this past weekend to do some tech support work for a woman he's helped out in the past. While he was there she got a call that she was needed at the store she owns, so she got into her car to head on over. And came back inside mere moments later, apologizing profusely to Greg—she'd backed right into Greg's car: As you might expect, he had to leave his car here to be assessed by the insurance company prior to being repaired (she accepted full responsibility, so it won't cost Greg a cent). He figured he'd drive Dad's Jeep back to Albany and use it for the duration. But I knew it had been quite a while since he'd driven a standard, and that trying to reacquaint himself with the process either on the highway or in city traffic would be more than a little challenging. Meanwhile, I'd actually been driving the Jeep since Thursday to keep the battery from going dead while my folks are gone. So I told Greg to take my car, which is the exact same model as his, and that I'd use the Jeep. Naturally, today we got 4-6 inches of snow over the course of the day. So he gets to drive an all-wheel drive automatic with brand new snow tires, and I'm stuck with maneuvering a 2-wheel drive stick shift. Like I said--he definitely owes me, no? Does he owe you, oh yeppers. Question is: Will you collect?

Wow. You'd think they'd announced a Dean/Cas wedding coming up with all this celebration! If only.

So I'm still drowning in work but . . . . . . .
I spent a great deal of time when I wasn't watching LOST last night either being thrilled about SPN being renewed or angsting like crazy over Kripke turning showrunner duties over to Sera.
So yea. Being a fangirl is emotionally exhausting.
Hoping to turn my mind back to workage today. I have another dance trip this weekend. Good thing I called to confirm my hotel reservation this morning because they had it for MARCH. Eep! That would have been fun to find out this Friday. Fortunately the nice hotel guy fixed it for me.
Not looking forward to the trip across Alligator Alley.
