What do the judges think? Seth Aaron - not really right for Heidi; where is the sexy? Where is the wow? Yeah, too goth for Heidi, I'm thinking. Played it too safe, looks like it's for a funeral. Anthony - sexy but not vulgar, elegant. Beautiful from all angles and Michael loves it. Very red carpet and lots of women would look great in it, including Heidi. Yay, Anthony! They particularly love the movement (which is gorgeous). Mila - The top is not cut/fit well (yeah, it's not), and the dress is too simple, not a showstopper. Something that the housewives of New Jersey would wear. Ouch! (And kinda true. ) Emilio - Impeccable! (Yeah, it really really is.) Simple, sexy, amazing fit. Fabric could have looked really cheap, says Nina, but it looks very expensive instead. Used the right structure, worked the fabric to its best potential. (I have to agree. I mean, damn! Look at the fit of that bodice! The flow of the skirt!) Jay - The corset top is beautiful, but the volume on the bottom is not a good idea. The ruffles are just going the wrong way, or if he'd done even more volume to make it clear that it was a deliberate look (when she turned around, I actually could kind of see what they were getting at). Jonathan - Too short, the back is effortless, but the front is too rushed. Color choice is not the best. Waxy, bad color. Looked amateur. So, top and bottom are . . . ? Two winners! First winner is Emilo and Heidi is going to wear it. And Anthony is going to have Jessica Alba wear his! Awesome!!!
And aufed? I'm thinking Jonathan is going bye bye. Yep. Awwww, little Jonathan. Well, I've liked some of your stuff better than the judges. But not this one. This one was not good, dude.

OK! She's got a bright blue dress with slit, a row of red carpet down the front, she balances a velvet rope on her shoulders, and a stage light is her head gear!! She is ready for the red carpet!! Perfect!! Perfect!!! They wanted a red carpet dress? Well, she can lay down and the folks can just walk on up her! ;D ;D ;D PERFECT!

Am I the only one whose mind is going to the dirty place with all this discussion of red carpet?

Morning everyone. Spring and the PR crew: I look forward to Friday mornings to see what you'll come up with next. How's the bridesmaid dresses coming? Now I just have to do a little squeeing... I spent yesterday watching a fair piece of season 3 of Buffy again. I had forgotten how much I loved the high school Willow. When the gang hits the college years and start to grow up (which I know is one of the reasons I think Joss is fantastic, his characters grow) Willow loses some of that innocent charm that made her so appealing to me. It was nice to sit down and giggle with the crew again. And vampire Willow? Too much fun.

Thanks for the welcoming everyone! I had a little trouble with my account, and had to delete it and register again, but it should be solved now. And I have to remind myself not to read so carefully the next time your discussing Project Runway (since the latest season hasn't come to Swedish television yet) and try to avoid direct spoilers, which I'm usually excellent in finding accidentally and not forgetting about no matter how hard I try. (And that was by now way I try for me to stop you from discussing it, just to make sure there are no misunderstandings.)

Well, the good part is that by the time it gets to there you'll have forgotten what we said and it will seem new! Even better, maybe you'll be able to look up these posts in the archives and relive the S'cubie glory! Um, that's OUR glory--not Glory as in Glorificus... Maybe I'd better go do some re-thinking...

Ha! I love Colbert ranting about how the Scotch-Irish aren't Irish.

Dumb R Me. It didn't hit me until just a little while ago , but I suspect the reason some of my photos of the one and only Blondie Bear wouldn't display when I posted them here earlier may have had something to do with the actions of Certain COWs who shall remain nameless, but whose foolish asshattery caused the substitution of one name for another. April Fools indeed. They had better hope they remain nameless. I thought the problem lay with either my pictures or with Photobucket, as a result of which erroneous assumption, I ended up deleting and reloading several images before I found one that would work. Vengeance shall be mine. *Fingers Mr Bolty, significantly* I thought it was silly, jokey fun - the unintentional link problems that had us scratching our heads and all. Perfect for April 1. Whoever our (currently anonymous) jokester was, thanks for thinking to, and for going to the effort of, trying to give us some April Fool's Day silliness, fun, and excitement! And here is something for everyone: That is a bit disturbing! But I like that you even incorporated the eyebrow scar. Hee.

Just because today was so wierd, I present you with the reason Castiel does nothing for me. I am, if nothing else, consistent. I like blonde vampires. THIS is yumful! is this from the HBO vampire show? Because I now have HBO on a trial basis and am seriously tempted by it and thinking of trying to start watching it. Lola! I think you would enjoy the show very much! It's chock full of some unique characters and full of dark humor.

It's not exactly a shock that Maya left (spoilers have been everywhere), but still I was curious about her reason. And I'm feeling oddly . . . blank by her reason. And now who is coming back to replace her? Anthony! Woot!! But why is Tim asking to see Seth Aaron in the hall?! **is all a flummoxed** Oh, thank heavens it's only the model! Whew! I have always thought that Maya was extremely mature for her 21 years. Many of the college students that I work around typically don't display that kind of quiet confidence. But after last night's episode, I have to rethink everything about her. She was apparently having a major crisis of confidence, but wasn't sharing a word of it with anyone. Not even Mila, her lone room mate. This is a girl who keeps things to herself, and sometimes that isn't necessarily a good thing. She threw away a major opportunity to show in Bryant Park, imo.

Not even Mila, her lone room mate. This is a girl who keeps things to herself, and sometimes that isn't necessarily a good thing. She threw away a major opportunity to show in Bryant Park, imo. She's made a horrifically bad mistake. Even if she'd been auf'd this same week, she's had her designs shown on national TV and proved she could stand up to the other designers as far as construction and creativity go. But remember Christian Siriano from a few years back? He was the same age that Maya is now, and he WON. He's a major name now. I realize he had the same crisis of insecurity that she's experienced, but he plowed ahead anyway and it paid off. I've lost all respect for Maya. I think that in running away (what ELSE would you call it?) she's shown tremendous immaturity and lack of responsibility. Who would hire a designer for who might quit just because things got stressful? Moreover, I think that where Christian's become famous, Maya's condemned herself to a lifetime of obscurity. And wouldn't it be the bitingest of ironies if Anthony--who got to come back through Maya's leaving--managed to win the competition?
