It's a picture of Phina Oruche (Olivia). Is the picture not showing up for anyone else? I can see her just fine, if that helps any.

Got my Season Four DVD set today, from Amazon. One day after it was 'officially' released. I think that's not too shabby. Haven't opened it yet, but soon...

Nickum - just caught your signature line. I love it, I love it, I love it! Too funny. ;D Thanks. An alternative would be the Buffyverse Channel. They could run all of BtVS & Angel--natch--as well as show movies & TV eps from other series that anyone from the shows were in. I mean there's a golf channel, so why not all Buffy all the time. ;D

James:
If you go to your own profile, under the link where you put the URL for your picture, there should be 2 little boxes for width and height. My suggestion would be to try 95 x 95 for that perfect square look, and then fool with it from there.

I have just about had it with both the WB and UPN. First, they keep telling me in TVguide etc that there's going to be Buffy on Tuesday, and then they have that stupid model show, which, in my not-at-all humble opinion, is anathetical to everything Buffy represented, but for the second summer in a row, no Angel reruns! Since I've found that Buffy and Angel are the ONLY 2 shows that stand up to reviewing, i'm a wee bit miffed. grrr. arrggh. (ok, cliche at this point; i don't care.)

And I still haven't seen Storyteller (you're all envious now, aren't you, because there's still an episode of Buffy that will be NEW to me!), so I was counting on reruns. I know that FX cuts the eps when they rerun them, so I hate to wait til it's there. However, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all seven seasons will eventually be on DVD. Mary

grrr. arrggh. (ok, cliche at this point; i don't care.) Oh, and I find 'Grrr. Argh.' is often the only thing that CAN be said - so NEVER cliche, or even over done. Mary

You mean there won't be any Angel reruns at all over the Summer? Damn. I only saw two episodes all season. Maybe what I should do is read the synopses of all 4 seasons to prepare for Fall. I'm not sure I'm up for reading the entire scripts. I have been playing with the idea of buying AtS S1 if for no other reason than Spike's S1.3 episode but I'm going to try to hold out for the reruns on TNT (was it?) we heard tell were coming.

While I'm poking around writing my review of MR and Chance, check THIS out -- James' own comments on many burning issues. Better transcribed than I can show you from memory. www.upi.com/view.cfm?StoryID=20030610-010116-3263rWhat he said didn't bother me much. He's clearly of the mind that B/S do not belong together -- which is fine, 'cause he's got a character to carry on without Buffy. Someone did ask the question "Do you think S/B made love the night before the final battle?" and he paused, gave it some thought and said "No, TEXTI TEXT don't think so. But it TEXTwas TEXT left open." Also, what he says about the movie being filmed in Italy is just great. Especially since he revealed, in person, indisputable, it's out there now, that he had been married (did my homework, to a woman named Liane Davidson, they have a son, Sullivan). Being present for it, it did seem to be a very candid admission that of course, endeared his fans to him even more -- if that is at all possible. This man can speak to an audience of 800--and you still feel as if he is speaking to you alone. Enjoy!

Someone did ask the question "Do you think S/B made love the night before the final battle?" and he paused, gave it some thought and said "No, I don't think so. But it was left open for a reason." Enjoy! "Enjoy" is not the word I would have chosen for those remarks of James'. Sigh. I'm not one to say "I told you so" but if I were than I'd say I did. Of course we can interpret the text and ambiguities any way we like. That's our perogative. But I'm just saying, it sounds like James confirmed my take on it. NOT that I'm at all happy about it, and so far I've read only the first few paragraphs (printed it out to take home with me) but it does sound as if I was *right* in my gloomy interpretation of the finale. Thanks Mare, for the link. Especially after reading Barb Cummings' comments about James' remarks at Moonlight Rising (prior to having seen an actual transcript) I've been hoping to read for myself exactly what he had to say. If anyone's interested in what Barb had to say here's the link to her Live Journal. Your looking for the earlier of the two entries posted for 6/10 (the second one down from the top of the page). Her relevant remarks begin around the 4th paragraph. After reading click on the "comments" link at the bottom. Yours truly has been a bit wordy in response, several times since. towermountain.net/barb/buffyfic.htm
