To find out how to grab pictures, go to the FAQ/Help board (find it by going to the Soulful Spike Society (Main) page) and scroll down to Nan's excellent directions. You can also get a signature line and words to put under the picture; I think you do that back on your profile page, by modifying the profile... If a computer semi-literate like me can manage it, I'm sure you can. Have fun!
Gail Thanks Gail. I'll play around with it for a while until I get it how I want it.

Karalee, my instructions on adding a picture to a profile seem to have vanished. However. Rae has made quite a useful FAQ sheet on the main board that will walk you through the appropriate procedures.
I didn't want you to do what I did: wander around looking for something that was no longer there.
I think Rae's FAQ sheet will help you through the process of modifying your profile. If there's anything in particular you have a problem with, Rae or David will help (when they're online).
Happy profiling!

If we accept Dawn as old enough for romance, we can add:
Xawn (Xander and Dawn) Spawn (Spike and Dawn - couldn't resist that one) Dawndrew (Dawn and Andrew) Dike (Dawn and Spike) Dander (Dawn and Xander) Dangel (Dawn and Angel)
And others:
Anyew (Anya and Andrew) Jonfy (Jonathan and Buffy) Buffathon (Buffy and Jonathan) Drudrew (Drusilla and Andrew) Andilla ( Andrew and Drusilla) Corgel (Cordelia and Angel) Drike (Drusilla and Spike) Spusilla (Spike and Drusilla)
Haven't started on Darla...

A new poster, Sarah S., took our challenge (okay.. it wasn't really a challenge as much as it was an invite...but the Challenge sounds cooler! *L*) and submitted an essay for our reading enjoyment and discussion. It concerns Spike's infamous duster.
It is entitled Second Skin. Look for it on the S'cubie Website, in the Essays Assayed area.
Oh, and thank you Sarah! It was nice of you to drop in. Please hang around a while. Sign up...post. Resistance is futile, after all *L* Really, we enjoy having intelligent posters.

I have just finished reading Sarah's essay and it blew me away. It was fabulous. My husband has just got home and I'm not talking to him or feeding him or anything because I'm too caught up in the essay. Other S'cubies you gotta read this one. I'll talk about it more later after I have had time to reflect, but I don't think I'll come up with anything better than Wow, Sarah!. When are you submitting your next essay?! I have a few requests too for other issues I want clarified (e.g. What's a soul worth in the Buffyverse?)!
Seeya later.

Hi S'Cubies, especially Dave, Patti and Vlad. It has come to my attention that you are not posting quite so late any more. I remember I used to see you on-line when I came on at night and now I have to post very late at night so that I can see Diane first thing in the morning. I can't help but wonder if the change in posting habits is because you have ceased to be vampires? Here's hoping you turn back! Its lonely posting by myself.

... Diane – I didn’t say ALL the women were looking alike, just some. Mainly the ones who all posted pics of Spike. Good grief – when we include you, you insist we didn’t. And when we don’t, you insist we did. Don’t make me get my bullet out of my pocket …. Okay, I feel the need to ask – I know what Spuffy is. I know what Bangel is (I think I originated that one at some point). Biley works for me as well. But someone used the term Spangel – what on Earth is that? Are we back to Nan’s insistence that vampires are bisexual, and shipping Angel and Spike now? I’m really not seeing them as a couple. And then someone mentioned Spander – the pairing of Spike and Xander – and I had to barf. ... Omit me from invites you plan Tell me my face looks like a man Give credit not for work I've done My complaining won't be fun. My friend, don't be a silly jerk, Your bullet simply will not work No vampire, fiend, no demon race A godess, here, is what you face. Alas, my friend protests o'ermuch 'bout Spangels, Spanders and all such What can I say that is enough Spike says it better, "Bugger off!" Diane (Bloody Awful) Poet-in-Residence

Hubby has been hogging the computer all night! I go through withdrawal if I'm offline too long. If DianeU is still here I want to tell her how much I liked her letter to the ESPN writer (scratching my head over that one). I always want to take action like that but I can never bring myself to do it. Thank you Karalee. After you've been here a while, you'll find that you do things like that. I never heard from them, which has been my experience whenever I write something to a large organization or well-known person that doesn't like to be criticized, but I feel better for having expressed myself.

I thought I'd try out a few combinations of romantic partners to see what the possibilities were: Ruffy (Riley and Buffy) Kenlow (Kennedy and Willow) Bike (Buffy and Spike) Xandelia (Xander and Cordelia) Willoz (Willow and Oz) Wara (Willow and Tara) Willara (Willow and Tara) Gilenny (Giles and Jenny) Xandanka (Xander and Anyanka) Joyles (Joyce and Giles) Tarllow (Tara and Willow) Barker (Buffy and Parker) Parfy (Parker and Buffy) Benfy (Ben and Buffy) Sparmony (Spike and Harmony) Spikony (Spike and Harmony) Fander (Faith and Xander) Xaith (Xander and Faith) Fobin (Faith and Robin) Others? Spiles?
