Trivia...what famous name co-wrote "It's Raining Men?" I want to say Prince, but I'm not confident of that. I do know he farmed out for a lot of the girl groups that were popular during that time.

Wish I could be here more. Work, work, work. But, exciting news, our countyhas an invasion of rabid vampire bats. Really, no kidding. Did you know you could get rabies if an infected bat sneezes on you? First budget cuts, now rabid bats. If we're really lucky we'll get bats with SARS. Hey, Rusty. Just wanted to say I really laugh whenever I look at your bottom section. Ok, that didn't come out well at all.....the William F. Buckley quote in your signature line (THAT's what it's called...I knew I'd figure it out) is hilarious.

We spent the day at the National Zoo yesterday. If you ever visit Washington, that's easily the best zoo I've ever been to. And the admission was free. It's run by the Smithsonian, if that tells you anything. Anyhow, we saw the pandas and the gorillas and baby elephants and giraffes. Only one zebra though. Alas, no heimlich with stripes. No evil hyenas, either, at least that we found. But there were parts of the zoo we never made it to, so the evil hyenas might have been in a different section. Love the National Zoo. When I lived back there, took my girlfriends oldest son there all the time when he was younger. Used to go myself. One of the best zoos. The one we have here in Seattle, The Woodland Park Zoo, can't compare.

I'm conceding defeat. Bye guys. Looking forward to chatting when they have gone to bed. G'night Kerrie. And although I'm a day late and a dollar short (and don't think we've actually met), g'night Kimmie. And anyone else who's going to bed now that I've gotten to visit for a few.

According to my dictionary, the apocolypse is the end of the world, and since that can only happen once, there is no plural of apocolypse. Doesn't mean there can't be multiple failed attempts at an apocolypse. But it can only be achieved once. Unless you believe the Architect...... Is that a literary reference? Cause something on the edge of my mind says 'Heinlein' or Azimov... or did you mean Vlad, who is Chief Architect and god of the S'cubieverse...and he doesn't know! Or God? (pick one from column A and...)

What an amazing coincidence that here we are, Buffy fans, and our kids are Harry Potter fans. Could Harry be the Buffy for the next generation? A lot of 'us' are Harry Potter fans too...
