Just guessing, but it will probably be a song they play on the radio. Some of them already bleep out fulk, but you can still hear the "f" part of it. I wonder if they'll have to weed out the songs that use fulk in a sexual way. Ha! It's going to get interesting, that's for sure. Tipper will be getting out her bullhorn. BTW - my husband came home with this news, so if it isn't true - don't kill the messenger (me). Thanks. I'm guessing it'll be at least a couple weeks before any of the minor networks use it. (Yes, with the sarcasm.) But seriously - the major networks may have problems with their advertisers.

Incidentally, I have never cried harder at a movie or TV show, than I did watching that episode. I was literally sobbing on the couch. Brad cried too, and don't ever let him tell you differently.

And reading your signature line at the bottom is giving me the giggles! Later, I'm off to watch Charmed on TNT. I hear there's been a neat twist in the plot. Angel is on right after. S4. Caraleigh...don't forget.

Plus, I love Hawaii - it would be where I'd want to go for my last days.

Just the image of him after he died, seeing Rachel laughing with Ella and standing alone in the ER ,was enough to do me in. The version of Over The Rainbow that they played was a tear-jerker too.

Thanks for reminding me about that Over The Rainbow. I always meant to buy the CD. I'll have to hunt up the singer's name.

All this fulking around, and meanwhile, in the real world, people are writing advertisers on last week's Joan of Arcadia and asking them to pull their support because Rent a Cop God told Joan that nobody likes a smart ass...
Julia, who speaks Logger, and who has accidentally said four of the seven words on live radio...

Did anyone but me see the South Park where they got to say sh*t? They said it like 200 times in 22 minutes. They kept a running tally in the corner. ;D

I wrote in Part 74: Didn't get an answer before it shut down, so thought I'd try again! Len Not having seen the original, I don't feel that I can answer your questions, although I have been watching as many of the episodes as I can while living a real life and trying not to be overly obsessed. (overly obsessed. Now there's an oxymoron.) Sometimes they do (on UPN and TNT) cut out in mid sentence for a commercial. I think, to really "see" each episode, I would either need to watch sans commercials or read the transcripts. (which is what I used to do for the Buffy episodes on FX.)

Speaking of fulk. Did you hear that the FCC is going to allow "fulk" on the airwaves as long as it isn't used in a sexual manner? So fulk away all you want. The PTB say it's ok - as long as you ain't talking about fulking. So, are you saying that "fulk" is a synonym for "boink"? Honestly, I am getting deja vu remembering that whole prophecy kerfuffle and confusion of early October. Oh, the damage I did to my mind while NOT watching TV. Listening to annie lennox, bare, and being confused.

You're kidding!? I wonder who will be the first to use it. Who gives a fulk? ;D

What happened? Everyone was posting up a storm on the other page, I sit down, and it stops I was just able to watch Dead End. Really good episode and, Holy Cow, Lindsey can sing. I thought it was funny how everyone thought he was sounded good, but Angel thought he sucked. Angel was muy jealous; since everyone knows Angel can't sing. I remember how Cordy went up to Lindsey and said something like 'I know you're evil and everything, but I loved your singing'....
Do y'all realize that with the addition of Lindsey, even on a semi-regular basis, to the cast, we now have five of the handsomest hunks in Hollywood (or elsewhere) on ANGEL - and they can all act!
We're so lucky. [glow=red,2,300]GAIL [/glow]

Thanks for reminding me about that Over The Rainbow. I always meant to buy the CD. I'll have to hunt up the singer's name. In case you're still wondering the singer is Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. His wonderful rendition of Over the Rainbow has been used in at least one other movie (I think Finding Forester) but the original CD (released posthumously) is called Facing Future. There are other gems on this CD. I highly recommend it. (Not least because I'm from Hawaii.)

I stopped watching ER years ago, but I know that version of the song, thanks to Music From the World Cafe or some other NPR show- OH WOW, amazing piece of music, indeed, just so beautifully expressed... Julia, and it's soulful, not to get away without something vaguely refering to topic
