This has to be new. I built a part an practically nobody came. So much for the "part of dreams". Where are all the talky people? Thanks for the shiny new part, Onjelbeanie! I've been working and futzing about on LJ. YW. Wow. I haven't been on LJ in so long I forgot my name and password. Good think I stayed logged in forever here or that might be the case here, too. ;d

I've been spending quite a lot of time in LJ-land recently. Finding people to SPN-squee with is a fun and necessary past time for me. ;D

Onj!
Great new part! Sorry I've not been here much either; Mom's back is still recovering, so I've been crazy busy between helping her, cooking, cleaning, and trying to get job applications done.
So glad to see you around these parts. I've missed you a lot.

This has to be new. I built a part an practically nobody came. So much for the "part of dreams". Where are all the talky people? Not so talky right now; too much reality at my house right now. For instance, after worrying for the past two years that my son was going to stay in his bedroom playing WoW, leaving only to eat, go to work, and watch the Daily Show, I'm now worried that he'll walk in the door someday, unplug his laptop, and go out to move in with his girlfriend without taking any of his rubble away with him. Or that it'll be one of those rebound things which will burn out in a month leaving him more hermit-like than when he started, and then he'll stay in the room until the laundry, books and fast food wrappers reach the ceiling. Julia, whose house is reaching the & quot;place where I store my junk" phase of parenthood.
Well said. Unfortunately it's not just where C, T and A store their junk but where Jim stores lots of stuff that should be pitched AND we still seem to be housing stuff left over from a 4 long gone parents' houses as well. I hate to break it to you, Jim, but none of the kids is ever going to want their grandmother's old LR chairs (or bed, or lamp, or linen, or even unmatched sets of china).

Yeah, I do too, but on some sites they only let you put in the wrong passwords so many times before they ban you for a day or so. And I inevitably try the wrong ones first.

We have tons of stuff that's sitting in the plastic storage building in boxes which were packed when Franklin's father moved out of the rectory in 1983. (and which was moved here in 1998). Julia, but we don't have is the container with eight different kinds of jewelry wire.

The verdict is: likely mild reflux. Nothing else obviously wrong with her, and since she's healthy (gaining weight, etc.), the goal is to relieve her of pain so that she doesn't develop an aversion to eating, goes back to being able to sleep well, and, well, because pain is no fun.
Two weeks trial of baby Zantac, then we'll see how she's doing.

Too many passwords and logon ids. I really should keep track of them better. At least Firefox will remember them for me so that cuts down on me having to remember them. Unfortunately, if I clean out my cache or registry, they get lost. Hence the LJ problem. ;D

Stuff. Don't talk to me about stuff. You cannot believe the sheer volume of stuff my father accumulated. How many cameras? I lost count. Tools? Power and otherwise? There's no more room in my mother's garage to store anything else. And, it's a two-car garage. Took me the better part of the summer to just get the stuff organized. I have yet to go through it all and catalog it for sale or donations. Stuff. I hate stuff.
