Yeah, I saw that coming a long way off... I wonder why? And - he really is a cop... Not that he couldn't still be evil... Oh, there's more to him than what we've seen so far. I want to know what Alicia has to say about all this. And what's gonna happen when she finds out Keith snooped on her. I was a little surprised that he didn't just ask her... I don't think she'll appreciate the snooping, but why didn't she come clean up front? I was glad that the nice guy was vindicated - but what a sad result, over all... Wow, good ep!

Must have been a good ep. Only a few minutes of Logan and yet I was still captivated throughout.
Urgh, tho. Had a flu shot AND a pneumonia shot this morning and now feel like I went over a cliff in a bus. (I know, not funny.)
See y'all tomorrow.
And---of course there's going to be music next week when I review.....
Altho......looked at the calendar and Jim has Th-Fr out of town trips 3 of the next 4 weeks. Goooooooooood timing!

Um, holy crap? So...Dad's not dead? Whahuh? Side note: Alicia's got a thing for the cops, it seems. First: Mac! What the hell is Meg doing that she has to hide from her parents? Dim sum and then some? Yikes! Logan's moustache twidling line is just 9 kinds of delightful. OMG, I was so happy to see Mac!

She has visiting hours? Is she out of a coma?
"FOUND it in his gym bag.." Collin Nevin
Man, if you need to know that much about someone, you really shouldn't be thinking about it. Yet. That's sorta pathologicial.
She really DOES work at a place called "Java the hutt"?Dang.
Time and temperature?
"Only way I'd earn $2,000 in a week was if they installed a pole" And the Happy Place just keeps getting happier...
NICE evasion. "Never get tired of hearing that"
"Lame excuses" being what?
Alicia!!!
Wallace!!
Short person I've NEVER seen before!! Wallace has a brother?
Evil guy from Chicago!

I swear, that telephoto is so inconspicuous.
She's a little intense.
They are SO sweet together..
UNTIL SHE just CASUALLY ASKS to BORROW a GUN!!! Yeek!
Twenty years is a loooong time crazy...
Where the hell did the seven-year-old come into things?
"Keith Mars for Sherriff!"
"Dad spend the night at your house last night?"
"yep."
"he do the morning donut fake-out run?"
"Want one?"
hee!!!
"smacking the ass of some Dungeons and Dragons geek".. man this show just keeps pushing my buttons....
"Light's much better where you're standing.."
What in heck was he doing in Lompoc if he was living in Chicago?
"Your old lady took something of mine. I'm not leaving till I get it back"
WHAT?
Duncan is here to visit Meg too.. hmmm..
"If you really cared about Meg you wouldn't have let her be on that bus" WTF?!
And what was the other daughter gonna say?
"Meg was important to me?"
Oh, Colin's got a honey on the side...
Well, he could still be playing tennis.. and you should NOT have given her the address.....
But on this show, nothing is as it may seem...skim milk masquerades as cream.
Huh.. female condoms advertised on television. Cool.

"Are you there yet?"
Damn, he's converting, in secret... that's just beautiful.
Now V is freaking out on Meg.
Julie needs some therapy, not a detective.
Wise: "Fine line between looking for a problem and creating one" which Julie WAY crossed over.
Lamb knows Keith won't go to him for nothing.
ELI!!!
And it WAS his earing?
She finally recognized it...
"You need to be alone for a second?"
He dismisses his crew..
Inga!!!
Eli!
Hired by the Fitzpatricks to get back Cervando..
Good of him to talk.
"Are you in immediate danger?"
SNORT!!! She fights dirty.
"a chat with miss pixy stick"
"She's not someone you want to piss off" "Neither am I"

"Oh whatever, it's college so you know"
"like a caged animal type thing.."

"Should I hide in the bedroom like a hooker?"
Wow... that is a good look.
MAC!!!!
And he has a nosy-ass girlfriend..
Heee! "Do you leave HEROIN out when Iggy Pop spends the night?"
he probably has multiple ones like that or he cleared it.
Hi Julie.
Music choice:
"There I am in the morning I don't like what I see"
So he's a cop.
Huh. Explains the multiple booting. All FOUR wheels?
"He went diggging for information on me?!?"
I hope she does, (go converse with traffic) the hypocritical twit.
"Okay, for both!"
How the hell did he know about the hotel? lojack?
Genealogy sites?
"The other way around is way less cool"
May she step out into traffic.
What's he snooping for?
What's this on the handkerchief? oh, it's Collin's
Huh.. he's a scotch heir.
Awwww... he loved the psycho!!!!! So sweet!!
That's indeed a big mixup. Taking on more than he can deal with..

Two middle of the night thoughts:
We never did see what decision Veronica made about looking at Meg's files, right?
If Lamb could find out that the guy was a cop, why did Keith only find out about his record? Undercover? Guy planted fake prison record knowing Keith would look? But Lamb had no problem identifying him as a Chicago cop.
I'm confused.

And maybe Keith didn't look beyond "three years in Lompoc" and felt no need to dig deeper.

I think Lamb gave a different name for the guy as well. I took it as he was a Chicago cop and he had an undercover alias with associated criminal record. Keith probably used his PI resources and found the warrant on the fake identity. Lamb, being a cop, was able to get access to government databases that revealed his true identity as a cop.
BTW, isn't Lompoc a California prison?
