Proboards was having widespread problems earlier, but they seem to be fixed. So we're back. tired... ETA: Proboards Support says it was a DDOS attack on their servers. Some people need a jolly good kicking, if you ask me (not PB Support, obviously). ETA the second: You must all be busy as bees. Bee-like... I walked to the market, and now I am going to try to slay a few usefuls, or at least make a list, before it's time to leave for the dentist. Ah. I guess it must have happened after I logged off last night, and before I logged in this morning. I am glad to have missed out! I wonder if people are still having problems. Seems extra quiet around here this morning. We are having a beautiful, beautiful day in Ohio, today. Sunny, climbing up to the low 60s. Perfection. It's been cold and dreary and cloudy here for the past several days. I'm growing tired of it. And if I'm tired of weather like that, you know it must be getting old.

Not in the mood to work today. I knocked myself out yesterday and today my brain keeps rebelling.
Gah.
Dear Brain - you do have to work more than 2 days a week. Even if Misha is awesome and there is a fic with a zombie apocalypse whispering come read me in your ear, you still need to work so I can eat. Love Pixi.

He, he.
I've got two more steps before I'm finished with the Griz Fence- both of them involving much leaning over and doing things with my hands.
Neither kid will likely be home today.
Oh, well.
Julia, also much laundry needs done.

It's an absolutely GORGEOUS!! St. Patty's Day!! Erin go Bragh...less! (what the hell does that mean anyway?)
It loosely translate to "Ireland Forever." If I'm not mistake, Eire is the gaelic spelling of Erin, which means that in English, Ireland translate to Erinland.

So, I've pretty much decided that I'm keeping my sister's pug Ellie. When I moved her pad to a different location -- to the linoleum in the kitchen and away from the area rug in my office -- she stopped having accidents. May I say WHOO and HOO. Another positive note is that my cat Purdy, who is about 15 and has become a cranky bitca in her golden years, seems to be accepting Ellie into the fold. In fact I even caught them this morning sharing a sun patch and was able to snap a picture: Ack. When I read that "cranky bitca in her golden years" line, I got all ready to make a snide comment to Jan. I miss that woman. Michelle: This picture is super cute! I miss her too.

I'm expanding the job search.
Can someone name a state? All are OK except for Wyoming, Florida, and Virginia...too sparse, too humid, and too grr, respectively.

I'm expanding the job search. Can someone name a state? All are OK except for Wyoming, Florida, and Virginia...too sparse, too humid, and too grr, respectively. California. Preferably Southern California. My favorite cousin lives in New Mexico, she seems to like it (not that she has a choice, it's where her husband's job is). How about Canada? My brother seems quite happy there. I'd better stop stalling and put away the groceries. My appointment ran forty minutes late , so I decided I might as well run Thursday's errands today. I do wish they'd told me - I could've gotten something else done instead of sitting in that damn dentist chair while my back went out. Then I had to deal with the urgent worried call from my mom about her new checks and if it would be a problem that my name is above hers. Short answer: No. But she needed the longer explanation anyway.
