1. Thank you for your kind comments on my crafties and photos, S'cubies. 2. Spring, I hope your tour through the bowels of state bureaucracy is as painless as possible and has a happy outcome for you. 3. Speaking of bureaucracy, city, I'm going to have to move my car today and tomorrow, because Tuesday is our street sweeping day, and I'm not entirely convinced that it'll be a day late because of the holiday. Since the city now tickets people who don't move their cars on SS day, I'd rather be on the safe side. 4. I get squishificated today, and even better, I get to drive to Anaheim, to a facility I've never visited before (although I did drive past on my way to the ER with Kitty, I think). Wish me luck. If men had to get mammograms, they'd be a lot less painful. I'd better get moving. Catch you all later.

It was an offer I couldn't refuse. Yeah, I need to call and make an appointment; they called me in March, which is so not when I want to dress to undress, and not when I ever have one. Julia, not looking forward to it, but when you must, you must.

Huh. Seems we're in dire need of a new part.
Okay, I'll see what I can recycle in a bit. I won't be able to get to it for half an hour, though, so continue chatting for the nonce.

Chaos continues around here. Thought that electrical work was going to done this week and painting next week (when Jim was gone). But apparently we (the contractor) is planning on doing both simultaneously and having both done by Friday.
Which has it's good points, but is a LOT to try to do at once, since I need to keep moving stuff from room to room.
