Argh. So speaking of being less than thrilled with the real estate agent, she brought somebody by the house just now, with no warning whatsoever. The house is a *complete* mess. Well, at least this girl she showed the house to is a student, undergraduate, not med student, but she seemed kind of iffy about living here, so who knows. If the agent gives you no warning at all, then it is certainly her own fault if a potential renter is scared off.

It's just embarrassing and annoying to be caught unawares like that. And it would be nice for all the rooms to be filled cause then the real estate agent would leave us alone more.

Hey there - posting from my new iPad and also from Oregon. Emily has gone Sleepless on us, and I have a major migraine. However, I also have interesting data from my first student, and my first mini grant was funded.
How's things?

Or the full moon. Love the little snowmen in the Cuties box. Had a nice dinner with the middle son and my sister and her husband in the new little bar in town called C230. It's a tapas bar, and everyone thinks you are saying 'topless'. Very modern for my little backwater town. C230

So easy to just "order another plat or two for the group". ;D So, what did you get? And how was it?

Oh, and to baby and hubby and you and all. ;D Thinks are snowy here, but warmer.

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well today, Sara! **sends getting better vibes** Love that first picture - the framing, the different angles of the birds, and the sharp yet graceful line of black.

These are wonderful. Especially love this one: By the way, did you see the National Geographic 2010 winners and finalists? There were some bird pics, as I recall - I remember a hummingbird and . . . I think an eagle . . . if you google, you can find some different collections of the entries. There was also a pic of some bugs in a . . . puddle or pond . . . anyhow, some of the nature ones were comparable to yours. There was this one of a black bear that made me think, "Hmm, on the right day, Sara could have possibly taken this pic in her parents back yard." The grand prize winner had a very dramatic shot of an exploding volcano in it, which, unless Mt Equinox is more lively than I think, would not have been something you were going to capture in Manchester. But definitely, when I looked at the larger collections that included finalists and honorable mentions, you have pics in the same "class."
