Judging timez! Sonjia - Sharp, he looks like a little man, but still fun, he looks comfortable in it, they look good together, he can move in it, can dress up or down, polished and modern, no fuss but smart, he looks well dressed! Melissa - Love the jacket, but dress is too simple and keeps riding up and exposing diaper, zipper on the side is not a good idea, mom's outfit looks too messy, fabrics were a mistake, baby dress should be softer, vest is fabulous, dressed mom smarter than anyone else, vest adorable and whimsical, dress is too serious and tight. Fabiio - Baby outfit is modern take on nautical, practical, Heidi loves the baby look, one piece is easy, lots of nice details/touches, mom outfit is too old, Nina really likes both mom and baby outfits, onesie is good idea, cut is great on baby outfit, looks like an old-fashioned baby (awwww!). Elena - Jacket is well crafted, but whole outfit is a bit "sample sale" - too much going on, not as matched as it could be, jacket it great but pants look disheveled, Nina thinks the jacket is the problem - too complex, but mom's outfit is the fave. Dmitry - Baby graphic is fun, but could be a bit costumy (although that is good for kids clothes and so they all school the Dutchess), both outfits are very modern, not as commercial, but liked. Christopher - Baby outfit looks adorable, but not very practical, love it as a "Sunday brunch" cute outfit, mom outfit is cute, jacket not as good, flowers and so on not sewn down is great, whimsical. Who wins and who is tossed? Girl outfit winner is Christopher and boy outfit winner is Sonjia. And they bounce Elena. (I was totally shocked at that - I thought they'd toss Melissa.
What a tough tough tough challenge this was for the designers! And they all did, frankly, way better than I thought they could.

Had coffeeshop breakfast, brought half home to share with Husband and Younger Daughter. So far so good... Took Younger Daughter to Cost Plus World Market for her birthday shopping for Elder Daughter and a few essentials. Yes, espresso-filled chocolates, Australian diet ginger beer and black-currant tea are essentials. Also grocery store. Younger Daughter's natal day is Monday, Elder's is Thursday. Twenty and twenty-four respectively. Eep. Back to Car Talk and putting away laundry. Later, S'cubies.

I didn't post yesterday, huh; it was that kind of day. I did get a pair of deep green skinny jeans and a stretchy belt for a stripey 9West dress I'd bought on sale last month. (All on deep, deep discount, of course, me being me). We are still vacuum cleaner deprived, and now it appears that our phone message machine is not working, either, lovely.
Forgot to pay a credit card bill so had to do that first and am just now in work clothing, about to go out and be agricultural, also hang up a load of work clothing.
I need to relocate a story I read last night that I may not have rec'ced the first time I read it, it held up remarkably well for a McDex tale.
Julia, usually those are ridiculously OOC

btw --
"Elementary" was good. (Not exceptional.)
"Last Resort" was very compelling.
