Why he treats Veronica that way makes perfect sense now. Not to mention him saying "What's so great about being alive?"

Huh. Lilly and Weevil. I KNEW it!! Well, I thought so, but then he said 'my little sister' about the tattoo and now I'm so confused! What an episode! This was a GOOD one. Everything not what it seems, and oh my gosh, poor Logan! His mother killed herself? oh man... And Duncan - are we supposed to think now he killed his sister? Or was he drugged? Sunnydale is looking like Mayberry compared to this town!

Not to mention him saying "What's so great about being alive?" The way he threatened his father was a little frightening. He's hanging on by a thread.

A 3-day blackout sounds like he must have been drugged. Speaking of Sunnydale, did you all get the Sunnydale High vibe when the Tritons were chanting? I was waiting for the demon to appear.

And......did we know that Logan has a sister?
Jim, at the end: "Um,...this doesn't really fit any, um, teen show molds, does it?"
I didn't have the heart to tell him about the date rape.

Well, day-um! We got a heck of a lot of plot in this one.
I mean, woah!
Lily and Weevil.
A secret society (robes - shades of Buffy, anyone) that is a "legacy" one. So if Duncan is a member, what do you wanna bet his dad was. Were the Tritons just a red herring, we'd think they were dangerous and then it turns out, not so much? Or will they turn out to have something to do with Daddy Kane and maybe Veronica's mom back in the day.
The Echolls family is just . . . dude, that is one messed up family! Logan with his "I'll die happy" and daddy saying "Keep smarting off and I'll arrange it"!! Logan blames Veronica and himself and Lily. And "what's so great about living"?! Then the whole threatening mom if she tries to divorce him and Logan says he'll kill dad. And mom. Wow.
I was worried about maybe dad Echoll was trying to gaslight her, but with the pills and car, it looks pretty much like she did something.
Although - her "I can not take this anymore" sounded more mad and "that's it I'm filing for divorce" rather than "I'm gonna kill myself".
Hmmmmm.

The way he threatened his father was a little frightening. He's hanging on by a thread. I felt so sorry for him when he tried to protect his mother that way and then she just walked off and left him. He is definitely barely an afterthought in their family drama. Or was... and wow...I wonder how much Meg Ryan charged to loan that actress her lips? ...which sounds really shallow when she just killed herself, but I was just staring at them...

And, you tell me Karen, mother of sons---my kid wouldn't be caught dead dressing up in a robe and chanting garbage in unison---he and his friends would laugh that kind of society out of the school, no matter how "prestigious" the members.

I'm so there with Veronica. I want to know what medical conditon Duncan has. What is that "standard" medication he's taking. And three days just missing? Um. I'd be really worried about that. Has he told anyone else about that, I wonder? You'd think that would have come up in talks with the cops. Lola

I was waiting for the demon to appear. oh heck yeah! I mentioned last week that my high school was apparently second rate cause we didn't have any secret hooded societies other than Rainbow Girls. Great Triton, bring your horn from below - my my....what was it Veronica said when she took the picture? I DID figure out the locker trick the moment she said 'top locker'.

I think I missed that this week...he has a sister? I know I missed the reason Logan blamed Veronica - I have to rewatch to catch everything - this episode was fulll.

Shoot. I must've missed that part. How did we find that out? Veronica in that trunk, too. Was it the Tritons who put her there? I know they left the keys and all, but that was just wrong.
