Thanks for moving the thread Alexandra. I can't think of anything remotely interesting to say, but the thread looks so empty with no one here. We can't let people think we have anything better to do than post, can we? No, no we can't. I blame Vlad. I don't know what for, but I do. He must be up to something important, though, if he's letting Spring's Zeppo analysis sit in his mail

For such a small number of posters we have an awful lot to say.

Oh my God! Five hundred! I haven't been on-line all week, because of ISP problems, and there is no way I can read all that without being a totally negligent parent. What were the high-lights?

You missed some hilarious puns, and we were visited by Mary, the author of Journeys, and may still be visited by Macha, the author of Descant Descending, a marvelous poem.
We're now linked to buffyguide.com and have a "rate this site" box on our website; we'll soon be linked to Tabula Rasa, with no answer yet heard from The Bloody Awful Poet Society.
I became an official ScoopMe reviewer, with one review done ("Black Sash," which I persist in calling Backslash) and Matrix II to come.
And I steered people to a download site for some of my old Beauty and the Beast fiction, free for the downloading.
A couple of people had really excellent essays which will be posted in due time on the site; Spring has finished another analysis but (as of Sunday evening) hadn't yet been posted to the website.
I made a bad and was indiscreet about something and don't want to talk about it any more. It will likely be fixed Monday morning.
An essay from the ep board was so good that I stole it and Sue invited the author here; she (the author) dropped in briefly and we hope she will return.
That's about it, that I remember.

If you are interested in the movie "Chance" written and directed by, and starring Amber Benson with co-star James Marsters, there is information in Part 15, post #2.

That was a nice recap of the last 500, Nan!
Concerning hte goof-up in the last Part...let's all let it be forgotten folks. Suffice it to say that all of the S'cubies need to to check their emails for the "new" code. I am so sorry I wasn't here to be right on top of the problem.
I am immediately going to the S'cubie Mailbag to post Spring's latest analysis, and I might mention that there will be another couple pieces of fiction posted on the S'cubie site.
*gives a salute* Well, rather than stand here chit-chattin' about it, I should really get to work.

Ohhhh geeez! No one told me that this site acutally runs on DLT. *growls* What a backward notion! Now all my posts happen a whole hour in the future.
*thinks momentarily* Of course.. I have to say, what with my punctuality problems, that might not be a bad thing *G* *** *** *** *** ***
Vlad Trivia:
Here in IN, we have our own time zone. (If you don't believe me, go set up your clock and calendar for any version of Windows...you'll see a listing for Indiana East.)

Okee-dokee, boys and girls, it has arrived. It is my great pleasure to announce to the world that Spring's analysis of The Zeppo has been posted on the S'cubie Website in the Spikecentricity area.
Spring you have outdone yourself. Wonderful, just purely wonderful. Reading the analysis made me laugh outloud, made me smile in fond memory and made me actually THINK about not jsut Xander but what it means to be a real hero. The real thing does what it can, when it can for who it can. And then does a little more.
Thanks for writing this Spring. I can't imagine the site having been the success it is without you and your deft skills.

Rusty Goode had treated us to another installment of the Legions of Gorath! Ahhh Rusty, finally! Thank you!
And Josh Adams has offered up another piece of his short but very potent and and provoking Distance.
Both are wonderful inclusions to our fiction. Now, what are you waiting for? Go read them! Only on the S'cubie Website in the Fanfictional! area!

May I recommend Slayage.tv for the intellectually starved. I run straight to our own S'cubie site as soon as new stuff is posted, but in between times I've rediscovered Slayage.tv for outstanding essays. slayage.tv/Diane U

Spring, an amazing analysis, of course! Even without any Spikeage at all. I think that JM may have company now. In fact, I'd like to see a review of "Go Fish" as a companion piece--especially for the Ebulgence factor. Purely academic, of course.

Spring, as usual, it's excellent...and how very NICE of you to do this for the Xanderphiles among us!
Thoughtful and considerate and therefore not surprising, but unexpected nevertheless.
And thanks to the cheerful walking unsleeping undead (Vlad) for making it available to us all and covering my oops besides without missing a beat.

Vlad:
I once spent a week in a tiny town on that crossed over the Ohio/Indiana border. Part of the town was in a different time zone, but only part of the year. I never really understood it exactly - but it sure confused things in that town, when it came to who was supposed to be where, when.

Thanks Nan and Alexandra for the update. I really appreciated it. As my father would say "Your blood's worth bottling". Nice ick factor I will now go and read all the essays etc that I have missed on the S'cubie site.
