Guess what?!?! We have a new member posting on the other board. Her name is e g and those who read the episode boards will recognize her. After I posted my invite she had asked a question about our board which I tried to answer to the best of my abilities. She's joined just a little while ago and is already posting. So, if you're over there, say hi to e g and all our other new posters. I think our count is up to 48 or something. 48?!??! Whoo-hoo!! -Lee Hollins

Since so many of you have been keeping him in your prayers, I wanted to let you know that my son has had a definite upswing in his condition - enough so that he is now at home. He's nowhere near cleanly out of the woods though, so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers - they work!! Thanks for all your kind words throughout.

I think of myself as more connected when other people could be watching at the same time. They're carefully watching the same scenes, reacting to the same plot twists, and sharing my excitement. Simply put, I know I'm not alone. It more than makes up for not being able to pause, rewind or fastforward We'll watch Lessons together NEXT Tuesday, Miguel! Patti T.

Joshua! I'm so glad to see your post! I was afeared you might not get back in time for the wrap party. (There will be a party, right?) Anyway, welcome home.

Spring, You know that you and your son have a big supporter and big fan in me! So glad he's home, trust me, I understand how you both feel. Keep praying, and I will too (lit a candle for you guys yesterday at noon mass), and hopefully he'll get better soon!

From the Buzz (listed on Slayage), a very detailed and thoughtful comparison of Angel/Angelus and William/Spike in terms of their capacity and willingness to "do the right thing." The URL is: www.the-buzz.com/b_7_21b.htmlNan

Becky, was this article from The Buzz I just recommended the same one you were speaking of in post # 464? Or is it a different one? Because it was NOT the one directly linked (that I saw) on Slayage--instead, that one was quite a just criticism of Season 7 as a whole. (Didn't like it, but found it fairly and reasonably argued). I found the Angel/Spike comparison article only by looking at what else Buffy/Spike-related The Buzz might have, not directly through Slayage. The reason that I ask is that if there's some OTHER article discussing Angel/Spike, I would like to read it, but I couldn't find it by your description from among the many recent-ish articles listed on Slayage. Please 'splain. Nan

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! I jst like how it sounds. Arrogant humility: just my style. I'll clean up after the snacks, Spring--really I will. Nan

It's the second on the list "28May03 : The Greater Capacity for Good - the buzz."
