This is really cool. Not practical where you have mountains of snow, but for the months when streets are clear, etc. it's pretty neat. It looks like it's a lot easier to use then a Segway! And the fact that it folds up and can be carried is a huge plus as well. I love how very small it folds up to! And, yeah, it also just plain looks cool.

So far, for us, the bummer is that the baby doesn't know from Daylight Savings Time. So she wanted to go to bed at 8:45 and get up at 7:00. The second isn't bad, but the first...not of the good. We compromised, and I put her to bed around 8:15. Tonight, I'm moving her bedtime back to the usual 7:45, DST be damned. The time change sucks. They say to adjust sleep times gradually is l . To celebrate Spring - I have new shoes! In purple. But at a great deal - locally. $14.00 inc tax. Couldn't say no to them. Oooooh, very cool looking! Swirly and retro and sexy!

Just for proof...and a laugh at the delightful early 80s prairie fashion in action: Whoa. That's straight hair. Still, that's a sassy braid on that sassy head. ;D Amazin' how our hair changes as we age. You know, my hair has become curly/frizzy and was poker straight when I was a kid. This part can end whenever anyone wants it to. Or, it can wait until tomorrow morning.

Damn DST. Messes with my sleep cycle something awful. Think I'll try and get some sleep now. If we're still rockin' this part in the morning, I'll start a new one then. If not, I'll look forward to the nice new acreage in which to play. ;D Night!

Unwanted early morning wakeup call at 4:04AM. No damage here as far as I can tell, or anywhere else, . ETA a bit more info, because, yes, I am that bored. There may be freeway damage near the epicenter, or it might just have been from big trucks. Me, I suspect a combination of factors.

Morning. The words drowning in work pretty much describe me right now. Went to Fire and Ice competition this weekend - Kiersten did amazingly well. One of only 3 to win a National and Regional scholarship at the workshop and her duo placed top overall of all the duos/trios. So nice. Me - drowning in work. So thinking of you and working my ass off. Hope all is well in Scubie World.

Meanwhile, given that you had a 4.4 magnitude earthquake at 4:04 a.m. on the 16th (4x4), I'd be getting myself a lottery ticket that only includes numbers divisible by 4.
