Well, good for him! Work is always good! And, yeah, looks a bit Disney-ish and not exactly cutting-edge. Also? Fighter pilot. HA!

Is this a cool idea, or what? Very cool. Also? Very like the end of Fahrenheit 451 and the human book-keepers. Yikes. Can I whine a bit here? I DON'T WANT CAPRICA TO BE OVER!!! *STAMPS FOOT* *SHAKES FISTS IMPOTENTLY AT THE TELEVISION PTBS* DANG IT ANYWAY.

We must film a new S'cubie produced, written and directed dramedy for cable TV: "My Mother the Towel" -- each week the towel guest stars on different naked body.....and slips lower and lower until the season ender/cliffhanger. It will air on Wednesday, of course. Suggest weekly guest actors and actresses. [Bribes accepted to appoint you casting couch coach.] Supporting cast includes hand-towels, wash-cloths, soap-suds, water, etc. I volunteer to be the prop master, ensuring proper placement of said towels. I'll volunteer to make sure that the male guests/costars have their (*cough*) towel racks up and ready to hang towels on.

I'm doing that weird thing I've done before with "last eps of series I love, killed before its time", putting off watching because then it's like there isn't really an end. Crazy? Oh my yes. Very much so.

I'm gonna remember that phrase and try to find a time to use it. "Alright, gentlemen. Towel racks UP!" ;D

I waited as long as I could stand it. *says goodbye to all the Joss writers who blended the techy future world so brilliantly with the human drama and also to the actors who brought the story to life* *sniffle*

I have actual this time I made my emails work on the new computer 8) there's a lot more stuff I could usefully make work on the new computer, but I was a bit worried about the emails. It's difficult to back up once your computer has stopped turning on. or before that when the USB ports weren't working. regular backups: of the good. shiny new computer is ... actually very dark. I need a torch to see where the buttons are. I liked my high contrast blue and silver, but noooooo, it has to be all cool and goth looking. ... okay, I can live with that.

Yay for and yay for working computer! So, is the computer all black with black buttons that light up black when you press them, she says, channeling Douglas Adams? (I actually had a stereo years ago that was like that. Huh.)

I like his earlier plan where he was to become a Honey Baron and buy up the rights to SGA and make a new series with the things we loved (actors, action, and antics) and not the things we didn't (lack of consequences and continuity and Brad Wrong's and Joe Mallozi's bitching about fans). Only I suspect Jason Momoa would be pricey these days. Julia, which reminds me, when does Song of Fire and Ice happen?

I would have thought that cool and goth looking would have been right up your alley. But then, actually SEEING the keys is of the good, too. Either way, glad it's working

This will be small comfort but remember, you survived the loss of Buffy, you survived the loss of Angel and you survived the loss of Firefly. You WILL get through this. And, of course, we're here.
