Oh, dear. Complicated enough to have an incubator with seven eggs: now I have TWO, and the second one holds... more than seven. Julia, I think this may have gotten away from me, oh dear oh dear. With a cluck cluck here and a cluck cluck there........ With my luck, I'll end up with 21 roosters. Julia, to go along with my GRAND head cold

Anybody else still watching Castle? *incoherent burble* Also, NF is really, really, really good. Cool. I have it DVR'd. Hawaii 5-O was awesome! Locke and Hiro were on it. Not sure if they'll be regulars or not. I hope so. It was like old LOST home week. Glad they found work on the islands. JM looked especially hot..and there was Spike-like fight moves. Made me miss Buffy. Masi Oka is in the opening credits, and got more positive characterization in the season premiere than in the entirety of last season. Also, I know the answer to the other question, but given that I still am not sure what's a spoiler or not, even though I'm not looking for spoilers and this has been in TVG, EW, and the television page of the NYT, Terry O'Quinn is signed for a multi-episode arc, possibly to do with clearing Kono . (Found on edit: you can't nest spoilers; the second of those is closer to my definition of spoilery) Julia, I mean, if I were spoiled, I would have anticipated the end of Monday's episodes and not practically swooned when I saw who was driving Wo Fat's car.

Hi y'all.
Whazzup?
Been out all day: car care: fluid changes, filter changes, brakes, etc. Dealership is 30 min. away. Allie taking car (2.5 years old with 36,000 urban miles on it) to Chicago next week. They also said we need 2 new tires but I wouldn't buy them from the car service dept.
Then, since I was in that neck of the woods I went to the giant mall that I only go to twice a year (and NEVER during holiday shopping season. yikes!)
Yada, yada. Finally home.
I did take every single piece of non-computer related paperwork and the dealership had a wonderful little room with 4 cubby desks and 2 computers and I worked for 4 hours! Lovely! Even made the bill more palatable. (I knew going in that it was a half day job.)
Have 18 coming for dinner on Saturday. Being catered as it is a church event and they have a budget for this type of thing but still lots of cleaning and organizing seating, drinks, desserts, handouts, etc.
"Graduated" from pulmonary rehab yesterday. Have appt next week to meet with the membership coordinator. Trick now is to keep up with the exercise without oversight.
Since early June I've lost 18 pounds (only 50 more to !) and 3 inches off my waist! I increase my distance on the 6 minute lap-walk from 1000 feet to 1700 feet: 70%! A little misleading as that is not likely to go up any more. But it does mean that on level ground I can maintain a pace of about 3 miles per hour.
It is so wonderful to feel so comparatively good.

I had a very Xander-like dream last night that is messing up my morning. Instead of ending up in my parent's basement over and over, I was on a vacation to a casino resort (or something) and got separated from everyone else and went around and in circles ending up back where I started in the process of trying to find them. Frustrating and oogy. *grumpgrump* Was there a gaping chest wound?

to all. Busy, busy, busy and mega computer problems mean I'm not on line much. Really need new computer, as I have been saying for forever, but I will soon have to actually do something about it. My 2005 PC has served me more than well, as it has taken quite a beating with constant use from me, Vince, and now the girls. But it is now, along with the battery no longer taking a charge, the wireless no longer working - starting to completely freeze up at random times, and giving me problem on start_up (not always starting up . . . having to turn it off and back on). I backed everything up, and started seriously looking at replacements. It's gotta happen.

I've started a blog! I plan to review a handful of shows on it each week. I've started with Ringer, still haven't quite decided what other shows I'll do. Probably Hart of Dixie, maybe The Secret Circle, Nikita, Happy Endings.... It's still very much a work in progress, but if ya'll get the chance and are so inclined, please go take a look and let me know what you think. It's all just snarky and fun reviews, I won't be doing any in-depth analyses. Pop Culture State

"I WAS FINDING ALL OF THIS BELIEVABLE UNTIL NOW, MY SUSPENSION OF DISBELIEF HAS NOW BEEN UNSUSPENDED." My eyes were getting a workout from all the rolling they were doing during the last Ringer ep. Totally agreed with all your observations! I am still enjoying Ringer, nonetheless....there are some good moments - as you have pointed out. Really well done scene between Bribhan* !!hehe!! and Juliet. And Andrew in the hallway looking on with a look of wonder/awe/tenderness/gratitude on his face. *sigh*
Oh - and his partner is especially sssssssinister. (I love her from Warehouse 13.) Looking forward to reading more of your reviews. Reading great reviews is how I found this place.

I'm beginning to wonder whether my rotations coordinator and I will ever be on the same page. *Sigh*
