For you... <snips and gathers all the lovely wet men>
Thank you so much, Sara!! Well, I simply must get all these poor dears out of their uncomfortable wet clothes and into each other my nice warm and non-damp bedroom. Because it's just the right thing to do! I'm compassionate like that. ;D
LOLA!! Sorry I missed your birthday! I am like a sucky thing that blows. Hope you had fun with your wet boys.

We weren't apart for more than the time it takes to go to the bathroom from Thursday night until I went to work this morning and we got on great! Woot!!! What did you think of the True Blood panels? Attendees were Kirsten Bauer van Straten, Joe Manganiello, Jim Parrack and Denis O'Hare. Filling it out was author Charlaine Harris. Harris showed up in a tacky version of Victorian widow's weeds and came across as a bit of a ditz. Parrack is kind of 'born again' in the less than complimentary way and I suspect will not remain an actor for long. Don't let Van Straten anywhere near JM. The overwhelming Tiggerness would be deadly to anyone that encountered them. Manganiello made a much better impression on me than he did six months ago. They answered some 'canned' questions and some from the audience. Nobody gave any news or spoilers of any kind *sigh*.Yes I am. YOU figure it out. Okay, here goes: - I'd make my reservations much earlier in order to have my room in one of the host hotels.
- I'd arrive on Thursday and get the schedule so I'd know what was happening and where to plan my day.
- I'd go out on the town and see more of Atlanta
- Paddie would make an appearance and harrass all the nice costume-y people. Maybe with her pet demon.

Well...getting induced on Friday morning if nothing shakes loose before then. The good: I'm dilated to four (as of yesterday; after last night's episode of painful-but-still-not-the-real-thing contractions, I'm guessing five, now), and everything else really looks like if you just wave pitocin in my direction, I'll go into labor. And, hey, Zach's NSTs and BPP indicate that he's still in there 'cause it's still a really nice place for him to hang out.

The night before Margo was supposed to be induced with Andrew, she and Paul ended up having to chase cows off the BNSF mainline and fix fence... I don't suppose there's a good equivalent in your life. Julia, although maybe watching Young Frankinstein would help, or your favorite laugh fest.

Although I never had to try it. Chris came on his due date, Lew was 10 days early and Lee just a few days late. I just finished watching the MSNBC Republican debate. That would be enough to keep anyone from being born.

That would be enough to keep anyone from being born. My midwife suggested it. I was all, "After what you just DID to me?" She admitted that sex after a vigorous membrane stripping might be a tad uncomfortable. At any rate, Dave teaches all day on Thursday, so, at this point, Friday would be more convenient.

#wavey# sleep is brilliant. I sort of hadn't for more than a couple of hours since Saturday, which is really not good. tonight I managed to sleep eight hours, with a break in the middle, and I feel like a person again. #grouphug# #xfingers# all

My college library, which had already renamed itself The Information Store, has declared it will now have a Book Zone.
... somewhere in my head, Rupert Giles is having words about that... and probably cleaning his glasses rather a lot.
