S'cubes: Long wait without much to show for it . . . lots of trouble with photobucket, and made mistake of picking sleeves that "would not fit" and wasted loads of time . . . anyhow, here is where I am. It needs some pizazz of some kind . . . Pretty!!! Nice job, Spring!

OK - final outfit . . . ran out of time for anything more. Added a belt I actually "got" from the Lord and Taylor website . . . and "pom-poms" sorta, on the shoes . . .

Judging - Fabio - like the little touches at the hem and the halter (but not the zipper). I really really agree that he accessorized and put her together perfectly to fit L&T. Easy to wear in a lot of different situations. Christopher - The like the skin tone color an the dress that looks like separates. Like the lightness, mix of lightness and strength, don't think it would work on a lot of people however. Fits the collection. Melissa - Like the bronze color (dark glamour), like the neckline, it's a surprise and interesting, love that it's strapless but looks like not, gorgeous. Gunnar - Expected, elegant but we've see this before, typical evening technique. Good construction but could be matronly. Lace can be a bit stiff. Elena - My, they liked it? Odd! Flirty and fun, has an edge, French, mix of nice and nasty. Alicia - Pretty, a fine dress, too office-y, too mature or dowdy, field-hockey uniform, either go sporty or sexy, this is not enough of any. Who's the winner and who is tossed? Christopher wins. And they toss no one!. Whoa!! I was very suprised by that. I totally they would toss Alicia for sure!

Stepping out of the box? Please, Christopher. Maybe a toe. A toe-nail, perhaps.

The judges are on the crack. They tell one designer that a design is bad because not every woman can wear it, then praise another designer because the dress is so different. Ay yi yi The judges are always on crack. It's just a different crack each week.

It may be as warm as 70F here today; it started sprinkling while I was out cutting grass for Bjorn and the girls. I am so very not complaining. I would have lost pretty much everything in the refrigerator if I'd been trying to keep it cold with ice in 85F temperatures like we had last week. I'm just shot, though, I've been running full tilt since 8am and am in no way done with the day, or at least it is no way done with me! Julia, also I've got, like, seven dozen eggs again, which is just ridiculousI want! I've been making do with health food store bought, but it just ain't the same. I can't tell you how often I've wished it was possible to email eggs! Julia, tonight I got to see the phrase "maundering on" demonstrated by somebody who does better in the movies, alas.
