I dunno; I think Angelus would have been very capable of forcing the fledgeling William to have sex with him; and would have thought it 'fun', or a way of enforcing his dominance in their pack. But I can't imagine the current Angel having any interest in m/m sex.
Gail I would have thought that with William's apparant class background he would have gone to bording school and so already be familiar with that type of 'fun'.

Just a post to say that as usual I am here by my lonesome. Why aren' there more international posters?

In 'Beneath You', when Spike tells Buffy that his soul is a bit rusty from being so long without being used (I can't remember the exact quote), did anyone else wonder whether he was being self-deprecating or self-doubting or a combination of both?

In "Bring on the Night", (I think) when Buffy and Willow are discussing Spike and his need for blood, Willow suggests Anya. When I first read the wildfeed I thought this was funny, but all the reviewers who commented on that specific statement seemed to think that it was not funny. So I wondered that maybe it was performed differently to how it read, but when my husband and I watched the episode months later we both burst out laughing when Willow made her comment: it was funny! Consequently, I wondered where the reviewers' sense of humour was or is it just my husband and I who are out of step with the American psyche.

Did anyone else noticed the similarity between Willow suggesting to sacrifice Anya to give Spike some human blood and Spike offering to kill the other Scoobies for Buffy in Afterlife (I think it was: when they were sitting together on the back-step). The humour is the same in both situations. Or it is to me.

Long, wavy hair also qualifies as fairytale princess hair. You and Nickim apparently are S'cubie princesses. This is a title I will accept. Beats Hellgoddess, anyway. So curtsy, dammit! ;D

Everyone is working hard to get their post quotas. I better get on the ball. I still have 70 or so to go. ... 1 post closer. What's with everyone rushing to post? I don't need a title on the board to prove I'm a Master Scubie, thank you very much. I got better titles (snark) so there!

It may seem funny to you Diane, but what if someone pinches the title that you've coveted? This happened to my friend on another board and it still rankles years later. I confess that perhaps my fear of people stealing my desired title of "Australian S'Cubie" is perhaps being a little paranoid, but it would make it that much worse if it happened because it is so totally unexpected.

Do you realise Diane that if you hadn't come on-line I would have probably got a huge clump of posts together? This is an observation, NOT a criticism. It's nice t have someone to talk to. I know I could talk to my husband. He is watching Malcolm in the MIddle and he keeps coming in to tell me all the funny bits I'm missing. But I can hear him laughing even when he's not here.

Hmm...my thoughts on slash. When I started reading fanfic I read strictly B/S. ... Except clem/dawn, now that's just wrong ;D Just one more thing. I also liked Willow and Oz better than Willow and Tara. Willows two relationships, Oz and Tara were both so tender and loving that I have no problem with either one. Agreed, to me Willow's bi. She fell in love with Tara because they had the witchcraft in common, she was rebounding from Oz, Tara loved Willow so much before they ever committed to each other, and, well, Tara was just lovable. Any paring with Dawn is ew. Diane

I was bored last year and starting looking through the Spoiler Slayer Archives. This is obviously before I found the S'Cubies or even ScoopMe. Nonetheless I found an archived spoiler speculation that JM was going to be sacked mid-season 6. Did anyone else read this speculation on SpoilerSlayer or elsewhere? I know I am not the only spoiler whore. Please note that I have reformed and will stay away from all AtS spoilers, wildfeeds and discussions this season. I think it will be tough, if not impossible, whilst I am a S'Cubie but we shall see.

The concept of fledgeling vampires is purely a fanfic concept isn't it?

Did you notice that Buffy, at least, is staying 21 forever? No birthday. She is just like Barbie. Looks a bit like her too! Only shorter.

D'ruther be left alone with my sewing machine. But it's good to hear from someone who's on when I am. As to fledges, it's actually an Anne Rice concept. I don't remember it ever appearing in canon.
