AAAACCCKKK I went to modify my post and it reposted under Shanno's name. Moloch isn't supposed to be here this soon. Nicki, can you delete it, or shall I try?

a funny episode! Highlights for me:
Eve commenting on Angel's need to get "hands on", after his shower. It was funny. However, she is really trying to be sexy, but she doesn't have it. It came off like Alicia Silverstone in Crush, rather than a really sexy woman doing heavy flirting.
Angel's anger at Eve because she just walked into his apartment. Interesting, too, that she was really pissed (can we ever say that word again and NOT think about Gunn?) that Angel wanted "to talk" about what happened. Guess what? I believe her now: she's no spring kitten. That angry face is OLD. (So, now I know she's not as young as she looks. Maybe she's not even a woman?)
The underlying sadness that is Lorne. Always on. Never off. Trying so hard to be the host when a guest is wearing Pylean. Such a horrible moment...and he just laughed. I felt like crying for him.
Angel's sensitivity and desire to support Lorne is laudable. A good friend. (Let's see if he'll do the same for Spike, when the time comes around again.)
Lorne doesn't really fit in. He really has no place in this scheme. As one who is new to Angel --- did he ever have a place in the old Angel? What was it? What did he do? He doesn't have muscle; he doesn't have brains; he doesn't have mystical powers (oh, wait, he does, doesn't he: reading people's souls from their songs???) But what can he do for Team Angel now?
Liked the scenes between Wes and Fred, and my heart just melted for Wes when Fred talked about Knox. I did watch the last 4-6 episodes of Angel last season. This is a different Wes. It's sort of like the Wes I see in the season 1 re-runs, but with a bit more confidence. What happened to that strong, confident, sexy, man that I saw at the end of season 4 Angel? Is that what was mindwiped? If so, shame, Angel; just shame on you!! No wonder you're brooding. You not only changed your son's life, you changed Wesley, too!
I'm glad Angel likes hockey. Wonder what his favorite team is? And I really like that he wanted to finish the sex with Eve. Good for you, Angel. Eve was right; you needed that sweet release.
I see that Harmony still likes her Blondie Bear - and, although they are now talking, (and he's not rude) they are becoming more comfortable with each other.
And, speaking of comfortability: Spike is now included in Fang Gang conferences. Maybe it was the spell, but, Angel is calmer in talking to Spike, and Spike seems calmer toward Angel.
That's it! I'm sure I'll find more as I go along, and I know, after I read what youall think, I'll probably think some more!

I'd love to stay up and chat, but I feel kinda like Lorne at the end of this episode. It took me hours to catch up last night's and today's posts, and I'm sure I'll having plenty of reading to do tomorrow. ;D I wonder if DB said he wanted to be naked since JM got to be or if JM said DB better have to be naked if I have to be!! Or maybe ME was trying to make sure they kept all the fans happy. Yeah, I definitely need sleep.

My Honey actually watched the beginning of this ep with me (I never get that). "That big guy there with the goo on him...Hasn't he put on a whole bunch of weight?" I think he's taken off a few pounds since last year. He looked really good. minus the goo.

Will it let you go back and modify your post? And what is 'Enh'? I tried to modify it, Moloch won't let me. It won't let me delete the post, either. "Enh" means, just...enh. About the episode. It's accompanied by a half-shrug and/or slight grimace and/or waggling hand indicating evenly tipped scales (depends on how Gallic you are; I once knew a non-deaf Frenchwoman who, if you made her sit on her hands, couldn't speak). Nicki, can you delete it, or shall I try? Patti, it's in there twice. The first one is fine, but I only see a quote button on the second post. If you can delete that second post, go ahead. Thanks.

I think he's taken off a few pounds since last year. He looked really good. minus the goo. Compared to last season, he's taken off a lot of the weight . . . he probably did that while working on The Crow movie this summer. 1 hour and 19 minutes til it airs here in Washington. Can't wait to see nekkid Angel. woo hoo . . . nekkid Angel, nekkid Angel . . . I've got nekkid Angel on the brain.

I thought it was pretty obvious Eve wanted Angel when she was watching him in the shower, and he didn't seem to mind her staring at him totally naked. Whoa. I thought Angel looked rather angry, but doing a good job controlling himself. She reminded me of a teen brat.

...Maybe it was the spell, but, Angel is calmer in talking to Spike, and Spike seems calmer toward Angel... I think it was last week's Hope/Crosby scene on the couch that did it.

Whoa. I thought Angel looked rather angry, but doing a good job controlling himself. She reminded me of a teen brat. I thought she was a brat too, but I kinda like her. I meant Angel wasn't trying to hide or find a towel. I did think he was mad about her having a key and coming in uninvited, but not her staring. Really going to sleep now.

OH! I forgot the hockey joke...you know DB LOVES hockey, right? Made me laugh to see Angel watching it, and then forgot to mention it. No, I didn't know DB loves hockey! I know very little about David Boreanaz. I do know he lived in Buffalo and Philadelphia, so, of course I would like that because I grew up in Pennsylvania, and graduated from SUNY/Buffalo (go, UB!). Anyway, a nice touch, that - wrapping the character around the actor. And: forgot the whole alpha male thing! (my bad) Wonder if this is a hint of what the big bad's gonna be this spring? Will Angel end up fighting Gunn for control of W&H? I didn't see any sexual tension between Angel and Eve Either. I did see Angel tense with Eve because she had violated his privacy. I liked Spike's comment to Angel at the end, after Angel told him to leave: "this time"....

...Compared to last season, he's taken off a lot of the weight . . . Think so? Hmmm. Maybe so. I guess I've been doing a lot of Spikespotting lately and, considering I've always preferred wiry guys anyway, Angel still looks too big by comparison. For my purposes, he'd still be too big, even if he went back to his Buffy S1 skinniness. I like guys closer my height and size. Shanno

Whoa. I thought Angel looked rather angry, but doing a good job controlling himself. She reminded me of a teen brat. okay, okay, yes: I am quoting myself. I'll get over it! the thing is, after I posted, I read the double entendre. I meant controlling his annoyance/anger. of course.

OH! I forgot the hockey joke...you know DB LOVES hockey, right? Made me laugh to see Angel watching it, and then forgot to mention it. Since he's from Philly, I believe I remember him saying on one of the late night shows that's he's a fan of the Flyers.
