Huh.. picks up right after the last ep ends..
So this is miss Delongpre?
AAAAAA!!!! Clarence!!!!
Freakyscary!!!!
Oh, Amelia is SO gonna die.
Veronica is so on the ball.. but...
the boyfriend is gonna be the weak link.
Abel? He's nuts.
Huh.. withholding the truth to achieve your ends..
Depends on what kind of person she is, too: it could be that she doesn't give a damn about her father as long as his actions are footing the bill: some people are like that. I think Clarence's first action would be to offer more incentives OR threaten violence (or both) to keep the deal in effect...

Whee! Stanardized testing!!
Was that "naughty sabrina" the girl with the squeaking?
Heh on bathroom as her office thing.
No-nonsense woman, ain't she?
Huh.. "between romantic failure and the gym?"
Again, what if she wants him to do this?
"Call girl"?
Oh, what a nasty wench...
Heh.. glad Keith won't truck with her.
Hi, Logan!!!
Logan could quite likely be her ally in this crusade.
Veronica, you ARE an idiot, you know.
Don't worry about the hotel bill...She won't be staying there longer than one night.. she's gonna die.
He ain't a normal dad now..
Maybe he DID kill Lilly? And the Kanes think it was one of them, and hired him to take the fall, even thuogh he did it!! No, that's just too twisted.
Pro(toc)tista...
Heh,..
Anybody got a translation on that? Was it Italian?
Snortle!!!
"Put your pants back on and get a job!!" Heee!!
Hey, so he's stalking her, but he's not gonna be the ACTIVE harrasser. He's just sad and pathetic, instead.

"The innocent rarely lurk"
Again with the roof jumping... "have him jump"?Is that what V said?
"Rocking and "rolling"" nothing like the promise of free ecstasy to get a crowd..
"Scholastic Excellence dinner"?
Oh, who is this sleazemonkey? Ew.
Ah, this is VanLowe.
Oh, Keith would NEVER work with you.
What do YOU know about what a major ethical issue is?
And Veronica is gonna take that offer. Crap.
Wow, that's a sterling welcome.....
I don't believe I would have atttended. Heh,, it was a flashback fake. Hee!!
Huh.. Eli!! Hi there!!!
And now she's seeing ghosties..
With the head wound too.
Well, if it weren't your subconscious talking to you, she might tell you.
So how is she gonna see Duncan killing her?
Hee. that tells us who it is that's doing it.
I figured it would be him (when she said what the sitch was) (Hamitlon Cho) because of the lean-and-hungry and sneery look he had on his face in the Kane house..
Which means it AIN'T him.. and he's gonna fall victim next.
Do we know any other seniors of high achievement?

Who WOULD like her? He didn't do it. Hi, Clarence!!! Oh, my. Oh, crap. He gives very good creepy. Did Backup switch dog bodies again? What you did was have a pain-in-the-ass daughter. Especially with a gorram BUG going in your house!! Amelia doesn't know about it. HEE!! I knew it!! Daddy's gonna confide in her!! Team effort!! So what about the bloody bug? I don't think Logan is gonna be a threat to her. Holy crap, Patti's right, maybe it was an epileptic rage!!!

Vinnie VanLowe's ex wife..
Oh, no wonder about the secretary.. it's his MOM! That's just... whoa.
Oh thank god on the "unable"
So the mike's in the pen, I'm thinking.
Who would put an alarm on a K-car??
SNORTLE!!!!!!! Oh, that was SO cool!!!!
I figured it was a rather lame effort. So I wonder where she put the real mike..
Heh.. the spirit pin.
Split it, how?
And yes, it's better this way.
I'm not sorry. Nice of him to surrender so gracefully.
Oh, it was his DAD who did.. jaysus.
Oh crap.. Clarence is there with the boyfriend.
Oh crap.
Amelia is not there anymore. Or she's all kinds of dead...
I was afraid that was gona bite you on the ass..
*sigh* point to Clarence.....
So what does daddy have in the safe?
Ah hell. I have NO idea who the hell did what.
Duncan....
and here's the Duncan killer scene... and curtain.

Veronica is so on the ball.. but... the boyfriend is gonna be the weak link. You called it, brother! Yup. I mean, he may not have done this murder, but . . . . not the most stable of guys. Yeah, notice how that doesn't often work out so well for Veronica? Well, after seeing the whole ep, I think she was sincere in her feelings about her dad. And it must sting that Clarence was able to successfully use bribery again because of the way Veronica didn't come clean about everything.

Interesting as always. Well Duncan's soccer uniform may have been in the dryer but I just can't see them naming him as the killer. Too easy an explanaion.
I liked the sleezy detective but . . . . . . .
I didn't have a lot invested in Koontz's daughter so I found myself not caring very much when she split. And Matthew - I too thought they telegraphed the boyfriend weak link too much.
So tonight was basically the murder game (a drama exercise). Everyone got their chance to play the part of the murderer.
I liked the Keith/VM interaction and his snarky comments to Weidman. I kept expecting Weidman to hit him when he was in the apt.
I still have no idea who the actual murderer is. They have portrayed Celeste as the most despicable character so far but again, they could still be leading us around by our nose.
I don't know - I think I need to let this all perculate overnight.

"Scholastic Excellence dinner"? Oh, who is this sleazemonkey? Ew. Ah, this is VanLowe. And what a low! *rimshot* I don't think I would have been able to walk through the door, myself. But V must feel she owes it to her dad (staying in the running for college money) and I'll bet there is also the thought that perhaps just being there will somehow help her think it all through. I had this feeling about the supposed previews for this week. The various imagined possible scenarios were very interesting. Add imaginary!ghost!Lily seeming to stick with "no one in the family did it" line and we've got a nice little peek into the mind of VM again. I'm actually still a little lost on the Cho thing, frankly.

Who WOULD like her? He didn't do it. Hi, Clarence!!! Oh, my. Oh, crap. He gives very good creepy. Very good creepy. He and Keith play off each other very nicely. Clarence is so much more of a threat than the blustering current sherrif, and he does it with such . . . quiet menace. I was sooooo happy to see Veronica and Keith working together! I'm starting to lean that way myself. Lola

Hi Lola - Did they give us any new clues? It just felt like the possible murder two-step to me.
Oh and loved the congratulatory 1000 post. I just saw it - I had already left for my class by the time you posted. Just gorgeous.
I did love the put your pants back on and get a job. Hee. Sleezy perverts beware around Veronica.

Interesting episode. I can't help but wonder if they laid out the different murder scenarios to summarize the guessing thus far in one spectacular red herring. As in, maybe it wasn't a Kane.
Random thoughts:
Where was Wallace? I loved the scene between Logan and Veronica but I don't want Logan to completely lose his edge - he's been awfully vulnerable lately. I also loved that Keith and Veronica finally talked to each other! Not all of the secrets are out (do you know where your wife is, Keith?) but how refreshing to actually share information. Is it just me or does anyone else remember super cheap Weidemann's beer? Clarence Weidemann"s (sp?) name just doesn't strike the expected fear into me.

Vinnie VanLowe's ex wife.. Oh, no wonder about the secretary.. it's his MOM! That's just... whoa. Just kind of sums him up, doesn't it? You know, he's just so horribly sleazy, and yet when he was singing "Private Eye" and smacking his own ass out the window, I almost was fond of him because it was just so dorky. Almost. I know we are pretty much told that, but I'm still a bit lost, or perhaps sceptical. And I can't put my finger on why. I know!! I was all, like, dude - run! Or don't tell him anything! So I'm not the only one a bit concerned that she's not just partying down with her Swiss bank account, then? And it was a truly scary Duncan killer scene. More ooky than the imagined ones with Mom or Dad.

My thoughts exactly - I want both soft and conflicted Logan. And still - really wasn't enough of him tonight. And I agree about Keith/VM talking. And I was also sitting there thinking - um - going to tell Dad about Mom VM? I don't think its a Kane either. But if not - who does that leave? I mean really who is left. They can't have someone come out of left field to be the killer. Lianne?
